El Royale Gardens Near Universal Studios

Our stay was great, location is very convenient if your plan is to visits universal studios. Rooms are spacious and the water pressure was perfect. We would definitely stay here again next time visiting universal.

The staff were all so lovely and helpful.

Comfy bed and modern amenities in the room with a couple of minor things that didn’t bother me too much since I was out all day during my stay.

Some parts of the room were maintained and others were not. The room was very small. It’s not “exceptional” like advertised through Expedia.

Very comfortable. Great beds, fresh and clean. Robert, Xavier and Sean were exceptional. They were amazing helping us with our issue and nothing was too much trouble. We loved it so much we booked it for our last few days. Location is great for Universal studios and a great base for many of the things we wanted to see. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and we all felt very safe. Thank you the 3 musketeers! Nothing it was fab

How close it was to universal. Upon check out Xavier was a complete gentleman and very professional. I was under the impression that I was gonna stay in one of the cottage like hotel rooms which are in the front but we were given rooms on a different lot and offered rooms all the way to the back of the hotel. I have never had to email my booking to a hotel ever except for this time, very off putting.

I checked in is 4:00pm and I come early like around 10:00am and hold my bag. At around 4:00pm check in I thought I already paid the hotel bill and he said you didn’t but is okay take your time to connect with your orbitz. So I call to you and I also checked my bank account is not charged yet. The manager is good personality. Most people that get mad. Anyway really nice place to stay

Clean room, great staff.

This property was quite simply adorable. The pink flowers were exquisite. The staff were very helpful and kind. Everything was very clean.

Parking, convenience, and communication was excellent. Breakfast was just ok.
