Was great no issues checked in late still got assistance.

How close it was to universal. Upon check out Xavier was a complete gentleman and very professional. I was under the impression that I was gonna stay in one of the cottage like hotel rooms which are in the front but we were given rooms on a different lot and offered rooms all the way to the back of the hotel. I have never had to email my booking to a hotel ever except for this time, very off putting.

I checked in is 4:00pm and I come early like around 10:00am and hold my bag. At around 4:00pm check in I thought I already paid the hotel bill and he said you didn’t but is okay take your time to connect with your orbitz. So I call to you and I also checked my bank account is not charged yet. The manager is good personality. Most people that get mad. Anyway really nice place to stay

Clean room, great staff.

This property was quite simply adorable. The pink flowers were exquisite. The staff were very helpful and kind. Everything was very clean.

Parking, convenience, and communication was excellent. Breakfast was just ok.

Safe, clean and affordable. Stayed with 2 younger kids to go to universal studios. It was great and the staff took great care of us. Beautiful and clean newer interior rooms. Never heard any noise from other guests or the streets nearby. Would stay again and recommend to others. It was an easy walk to universal. Under a mile to the shuttle so you won’t have to pay for parking.

The location was great. The hotel was near universal studios and close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the staff were pleasant.

Loved this property! It was charming inside and out! The staff was amazing beyond words. It was affordable and location was close to where we wanted to go Universal Studios. The showers where huge, the bed felt like you were sleeping on a cloud the room had a microwaveandrefrigerator. We will return there for another amazing stay.

The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and modern. Loved that it was so close to Universal Studios and in a relatively quiet area, within walking distance to restaurants. A short drive to Hollywood. Would not recommend walking to Universal from here, though, take a ride. Parking was difficult in the tiny parking lot. There were not enough spaces and it was nearly impossible to get out of.

Location. Clean and kept well for its age.

The staffs were amazing. They were so helpful and kind and even care about my safety and travel. When I had noise issue from the next door, he helped me as much as he could. I felt like I was staying relatives house. The wall was a bit thin. Was able to hear conversation from outside or next door. Also a bit far from station.
