Lovely stuff, Xavier in particular was really welcoming and supported us storing our luggage and giving advices on the area.

Location to what we needed, comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. No vending machines etc, minor detail really.

I arrived at 3pm, I was immediately informed "check in is at 4". I had luggage so said I was happy to wait . When I asked about breakfast i was told they dont offer breakfast. I pulled up their website which states complimentary breakfast offered. I was then asked to book another hotel as they stated they had not received my booking/money (booked&paid in full in March thro Expedia) & that the breakfast offer on their old website. Id mentioned a dietry allergy & this was used as another reason they wanted me to look for another hotel. Truly upsetting as id never had got a refund although of course I was regretting booking here. I also had someone knock on my door at 9.30 one night!? I Was told it happens re delivery drivers mixing up room no.'s on other side of the road. Truly terrible. Don't book here. Expensive & horrid.

The room was clean and spacious. Very close to Universal Studios. None.

Another thing I did not like about the hotel is the fact that they do not have a coffee pot in the room. They do not start serving coffee until 7am. We are early risers we like to have coffee when we wake up.

The price was fair, good area, friendly staff and extremely clean rooms. Plus, hwy 101 is very close so you can easily hop on it and drive towards anywhere. Parking can be difficult due to it being so small and cramped. Also, the gate is not automatic so for a late night prowler like me, it was a bit of a nuisance. Overall, the staff was friendly and did very well in accommodating me towards that.

Good decoration and finishings, Also it conveniently located: Sprouts, trader Joe's, Universal Studios and plenty of restaurants and stores around it.

Great value for the price. The room was spacious and clean, ac worked great. and the bed was comfortable.

Bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The pillows were top tier. Shower pressure was amazing. Would recommend to ANYONE 10/10

My tv went out during the night. A staff member tried to fix it but couldn’t, said he would ask management for a discount but when I checked out, no discount.

Very clean and spacious room with a clean smell when you walk in lots of towels, my room had a microwave and mini fridge, everything was clean and comfortable beds and pillows, please don’t judge the outside and plus is located in a really good area near universal studios 5min in uber 15 walking! N/A

location for universal was great (about 10-12min, fast walking with older kids), free parking, the old california motel feel but with upgraded rooms, comfy beds, fridge/microwave and Ralph's grocery store only a few min away wifi did not work, floors needed cleaning in room

It was clean. Free parking. Refrigerator Not as close to universal studios as expected. They said 12-15 minute walk (or 5 minute run), actually closer to 25-30 walk.

I would never stay here again. Extremely small room, just a bed with no room to walk around. The room smelled damp and musty. There was a broken down car and tons of trash behind our room. Zero amenities. Pay the extra dollars to stay at the Garland. This place is NOT a hotel!

Property was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and crispy and the staff was super nice! The location couldn’t have been better, it’s close to everything. Free parking. And an easy walk to Universal Studios even with two kids. We will stay here again when we comeback to Studio City.
