Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and the bathroom is nice. Definitely an easy walk to Universal Shuttle. Things to keep in mind breakfast is prepackaged rolls that are put out in a tray. We did breakfast at Universal so this was not a huge issue for us but if you are planning on breakfast it can be disappointing. Also parking is tight, we did not drive so not an issue for us but I could see it being something others may need to be mindful of.

It was our first time staying in this hotel. It was reasonable price with free parking & conveniently located walking distance to the shuttle pick up for Universal Studios. This is the primary reason we stayed here. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds for my family for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and had mini-fridge and microwave. There is a European coffee machine at the front desk which provided delicious coffee. There are pastries in the morning. The staff at the front desk were friendly.

The room was semi clean. It had a horrible musty smell. The smell penetrated into my clothes. Even though I opened the window, but it didn’t really help and the conditioning didn’t keep the room cool.

The property is unique cause it’s proximity to Universal Holliday Park and my only concern is they have limited parking space.

Close to universal studios, staff was extremely helpful. Food locations near by, things to do and visit clients by.

L’endroit est idéal pour aller à Universal Studios (5 minutes de marche et après, il y a une navette). Le personnel est agréable et serviable. La chambre est assez grande pour une famille de 6, mais la salle de bain est un peu petite. Il ne manquait que les papiers mouchoirs. Nous reviendrons!

I like this property because it’s just a small building it’s safe for an earthquake. The parking is just in front of my door that easily gets my stuff easier. None
