Really good location, five minute walk to the Universal Studios shuttle, and if you want to walk it’s 10 minutes from there. Also very nice reception staff. Weirdly my sink seemed to have two hot taps some of the time, I couldn’t get cold water. And at the same time my shower was cold and wouldn’t heat up. It was very confusing. Also there’s no bedside light so you have to get out of bed to turn the light off. And I came back in one day at 5pm to find my dirty towels were gone but not replaced, and then at almost 6pm I got a knock offering housekeeping. Basically lots of small, weird issues.

The rooms were cute and functional for what we needed (a place to sleep). The staff was friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help us have a good stay. We had some trouble with getting hot water from the cold tap, but we were welcome to head to the office to get ice and cold water when we needed it. They tried to fix it for us and told us to let them know if it was still a problem, but we were really only using it as a place to sleep and I didn't want to move rooms. Overall this is a great place for a good price close to universal

Only stayed one night. And it worked out good.

The continental breakfast was gone by 7:00 am making me think that almost nothing was put out and the parking was very small I got a scratch on my car door to close together.
