Sheraton Universal Hotel

Best location. Loved the shuttle service to the park and city walk. Fun pool and lovely poolside restaurant.

Great stay close to Universal Studios and Halloween Horror Nights. Walkable during the day and free shuttle available all day. Quick snack options at Starbucks and kiosk or full dining available at restaurant in the main lobby area. One thing we figured out is that there is a 20% automatic gratuity on deinksand food from the restaurant so be aware when tipping! Everyone from the Valet attendant to the desk staff were friendly and very helpful! Would definitely recommend and come back for our next visit.

Everything was perfect from the moment we got there until we left. Everyone was supper helpful and kind. Amazing service all around. Thank you

I liked how close it was to universal studios and I liked the staff, very friendly The room wasn’t the cleanest. Thought it was weird the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. Mold coming in on the walls. Just room not super clean.

Shuttle takes you right to universal , good Location , great staff and hotel There were no car charging ports for a Kia

Had a great stay at the Sheraton near Universal Studios. The staff was super friendly and helpful, Thank You Angel for the super quiet room. The property is older but our room was well maintained and spotless. The hotel is also a short 12 min walk to Universal studios...The walk could be a little challenging to people with mobility issues due to to the hilly terrain. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s very luxurious on the outside. But our room had several problems. The bathroom barn door wouldn’t latch and would just slide open on its own leaving no privacy. The TV wouldn’t turn off via the remote or manually on the buttons. We would turn it off both ways and it would turn itself back on seconds later. We arrived back after a very late night out at universal and just wanted to go to bed. We had to resort to unplugging the tv from the wall. And one of the bed lights didn’t work. We’d go to turn it on and it would act like it was going to stay on but just flickered right off. We brought the issues to the front desk at check out and she offered some money back. Just overall surprised by the issues considering how expensive it is to stay there. Luckily it was only for one night. Staff was kind.

Clean rooms, great staff. Appreciated that there was microwave in the lobby and loved the tram services. We took advantage of these services.

Good place to stay with a family

We stayed there one night for Universal Halloween Horror nights. Everything was nice except for one thing. I have never, ever stayed in a hotel room that had an automatic faucet on the bathroom sink. We never figured out how to make it hot versus cold. Trying to get water to wet your toothbrush was a fun challenge because the faucet would not sense the toothbrush. I don’t know if this was something that they put in to save water or perhaps it was mandated by local laws, but it was completely ridiculous. I could stay in the shower for an extra minute and completely eliminate any savings that that stupid faucet was meant to save.

First off Valet was amazing, The main guy ( should of gotten his name ) was awesome. always asked how we were doing when we left and came back. Room was nice just next to a busy road. Besides that its great will be going back One down fall was room was next to a busy road but we didn't let it bug us. After awhile we forgot about the road when we were going to bed.
