people who work there are nice and helpful. The shuttle go to universal studios is convenient. I will choose to stay there again in the future.

Some noise with neighbors late into July 4th evening, but other than that, wonderful.

It was clean, well organized and well stocked up. Only one missing item or maybe theres a reason the hotel does not have it, we just didn't see a microwave in the room. Other than that we loved the stay and room(Lanai) the easy access to the pool area from our room was excellent.
-
Good location. Helpful free shuttle to universal studios. Not close to anything else.

Great location is going to Universal Studios, quick check-in process and kind staff. The pool area is outdated but it gets the job done! Rooms are nice, reserved the family-room and it was pretty small. Great stay overall.

Too expensive parking fee.

Clean but no microwave...needs more elevators & to be updated. Our bathroom was broken; we had to keep the lid open in order for it to work. Overpriced for what it is but location, location, location! Food is top notch 👌 but expensive.

Location is within walking distance to the hotel. We have stayed here in the past and never had an issue with parking. When we checked in Saturday night on the 4th around 11pm the guy at the front desk was very nice. We were planning on leaving our car at the hotel parking lot the next day after checking out at 11am and leaving after the Universal park closed at 9pm. But the guy at the front desk said the hotel has a policy where they will charge you again for parking after checking out and @ 6pm! Which is almost $60?! They had already charged me the night we slept there and it would be an additional $60 almost for a “whole night” just for 3 extra hours past their 6pm max parking included time!? The guy 1st suggested to park at the universal parking lot on Sunday instead which would be cheaper. But the whole reason we booked that hotel is its walking distance. So he said if we got a paper ticket from the booth machine, that wouldn’t charge me again and we have till 11pm the next day as long as we don’t go in and out of the parking structure. So we kept my car at the hotels parking structure and decided not to park at Universals. Well when we tried to leave the parking structure Sunday at 9pm it was charging almost $60! We called the front desk that night & the lady was very rude said there was nothing she could do and they were just going to charge us $60!We would have moved our car otherwise

Staff was very helpful and shuttle was a great help with kids.

Stay was great! I had an issue with the bathroom- and they fixed it immediately. The room was nice and the shuttles were very convenient.

I like the hotel because it was close to Universal Studios. My only problem was that the bathroom was not clean properly. We found urine on the side of the toilet that looks like it’s been there for a little while. I brought it to the hotel’s attention and they had to come back in and clean the restroom the next day.
