Nice place with a helpful staff. They helped get rid of the ants by spraying my room. Ants were really bad. My daughter had some cough drops in her makeup bag. Her makeup bag had about 500 ants in it. Ant highways across the floor as well. I appreciated the help from the staff but they also said I shouldn’t have sweets in my room. Ummmm…. How about hiring pest control. I like snacks.

Great safe place to stay .

The Hotel wasn't not as clean and not as is in the Expedia website.the parking lot was very small and it has a smell of old and moldy.this hotel needs to be improved alot to be in a good website. Front employee was polite.

Location of the hotel is in a nice area of Studio City. Very close to Universal Studios along which is fantastic. The room was small but in a good way. It was also very clean which I really appreciated. Xavier who works at the front desk was a great guy and love his personality. N/A

Clean Breakfast was minimal

The room had air-conditioning that worked good and it was overall clean. But it literally is just a basic room. Beds were comfortable and pillows and the shower was really nice too. Adding a folding luggage holder would be wonderful. Also clearer room descriptions would improve check in and booking. Despite some booking issues, staff made things better and was helpful. They are very kind.

My room was a bit noisy. Traffic noise from Ventura Blvd. The situation with office staff was strange. The guy who was always there was never able to do anything

Room was nice liked how spacious the room was everything was clean and everything worked and j liked that they had a refrigerator One entrance in and out and didn’t like the $200 deposit

Clean room. Everything worked fine. The shower heat could be hotter. Staff was very helpful. Location very convenient.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. We had plentry of towels, soap, shampoos, very good towels too! Also loved that we didn't share walls with the other guests like in other motel/hotels. We didn't hear people walking around, banging doors, etc. It was very peaceful. Could have used a spare blanket, the one on the bed was very thin. The continental breakfast was non existent, they were out of coffee at 9am, but we didn't stay there for the breakfast.

I liked that there was parking right up front so we can park close to our hotel room. The staff were friendly. I wasn’t aware upon booking that the lot that the stay was in closed their gates at midnight which limited what we could partake in at night. Our room also had a cracked toilet which reduced the quality of my stay. Additionally, the front door also had significant damage like either water damage or pet was clawing it.

(I should also note here that for families with very young little kids, or elderly family members, a night time half mile walk to Universal Studios might not be a great idea, because after all it is a big city along a busy street and all that goes along with that, even if it is in a nice part of Los Angeles. If you do not have little kids or elderly family members and you feel comfortable walking around a big city at night, it’s probably okay.)
