El Patio Inn - Near Universal Studios Hollywood

ok....so this little Inn is perfect. The location is amazing. The price is incredible. The Inn is safe and quiet. No, it's not glamorous and it's not the Ritz-Carlton and the rooms aren't large, but for the price I was astounded. The rooms are immaculate and there is cleaning service and parking. Perfecto.

Better parking to small and need more space to park it car

The room was very small but clean. I was most disappointed in no drinking water or ice machine available nearby. Could also use better lighting in the lot.

Expensive for the type of room. TV didn't work. Beds were okay. Tiny room and mold in the shower.

The only thing that I did not like the blinds were so paper-thin You could see into our room

I like how it has 2 spacious beds and a sofa, one floor and easy parking Not cleaned well enough, lots of broken things and seems like old

It was dirty and unkempt. We left the night we arrived and still got charged for 2 nights. Tiny rooms. And no one on property to speak to.

Bad place a lot of homeless people rund down hotel. Motel 6 is probably way better. It's totally false advertisement that's why no refund. They guy went in the room before we did took a minutes to fix whatever there was no couch a old futon it smell like mildew and paint plus no room everything was so close to everything the online picture shows enough space tv on wall everything was so different. There was paint on the blankets I have pictures . Me and my husband have different accounts with you guys and we use expidia all the time, never been disappointed till that day. We left after 7 minutes of been there. I made him look and he didn't care to do anything about it. I stay at safari inn for less and it actually look like we wanted on line.

Quaint motel. Perfect for what we needed, near Universal Studios and easy check-in/check-out.

The room was smaller then expected but was goof

Location was great! Bed very comfy. Motel very cute. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. They need to work on the charges. No bedside light, noisy at night. Shades need replacing. No coffee.

There were hairs and a dead mosquito our sheets. Lots of mold in the shower.

Close to Universal Not very many amenities

It was cute and just what we needed, nothing more.

The location was perfect 30 min drive to the beach or to downtown LA. Really close to hollywood. Down the street from universal studios. The rooms were pretty small. But there are beautiful plants all over the property and there is the best pizza place down the street. Plenty of places to walk to in the area. But v.
