Quiet place to stay for a quick overnight visit and it’s close by to Universal Studios

The location was close to universal studios The place was very dirty and the shower head kept falling off. When we arrived to check in they were barely cleaning the room and vacuuming. The parking is also very small

It was good I liked the location it was at. Parking lot was so small and tight.

Proximity to Universal Studios & shops & restaurants is a big plus. Room & amenities were good, bed was clean & comfortable. Parking was ok. It would be nicer to have more accessible power outlets & a facility to charge mobile phone at the bedside table. Having to go to a sister hotel a mile away for late check-in (past 9pm) is a definite inconvenience when one is already tired from a long drive but staff was helpful.

ok....so this little Inn is perfect. The location is amazing. The price is incredible. The Inn is safe and quiet. No, it's not glamorous and it's not the Ritz-Carlton and the rooms aren't large, but for the price I was astounded. The rooms are immaculate and there is cleaning service and parking. Perfecto.

We always stay here when visiting universal. The location and price are great. They have TV with large range of channels including cartoons and movies. They have a mini fridge and microwave. Free parking that is right infront of the rooms. The only down side is that the beds make lots of noise. Just sitting or crawling into bed makes squeaking noise that are annoying.

Better parking to small and need more space to park it car

Location is great. Cute cottage setting but very tight fit. Shower is extremely small and plugs to charge your phone were not within reach and in odd place by the main entrance.

The guy in the office was helpful. The rooms are tiny. TINY. Almost impossible to move around in, no space for four adults. The parking lot was also tiny. When nearly full, it took me ages to park because I had to maneuver into the space an inch at a time. And bird poop everywhere.

Location and service No coffee Available

The room was very small but clean. I was most disappointed in no drinking water or ice machine available nearby. Could also use better lighting in the lot.

The rooms were small. The shower drain was clogged and no one was at the front desk. I called the number they had and no one answered

Layout of the big room for a family. No pool

Expensive for the type of room. TV didn't work. Beds were okay. Tiny room and mold in the shower.

The only thing that I did not like the blinds were so paper-thin You could see into our room

I like how it has 2 spacious beds and a sofa, one floor and easy parking Not cleaned well enough, lots of broken things and seems like old

Friendly helpful staff and bus nearby I would recommend.
