Great location. Clean. Parking. Easy to find. Felt secure Bright patio light with no curtains for dark. Unavailable front desk, even in early evening. Outdated

Nothing I had to pay $20 to get in an hour early. So total for the room was 196 and the room was horrifically. Small bed was not comfortable. There was fruit flies and one roach. The pictures of the room did not match in person.

Close hotel to universal, about a 10 min drive. It’s my second time staying here. Reasonable price for the rooms especially if you just need a place to sleep. Rooms are outdated and were a bit dirty and dusty.

Since we checked in after 9 PM, check-in was at a different location just down the street. It was on our way to the hotel anyway, so it wasn’t an inconvenience. Check-out was at 11 AM, although housekeeping did knock around 10 AM to clean the room. Overall, the room served its purpose. For the price I paid and only needing somewhere to sleep for the night before leaving the next morning, it wasn’t bad at all. I would book here again.

No one on site. The room was tiny. Dumpster picked up early in the morning that was located against the wall with headboard. The pillows and bed were terrible, It was worse than an old pull out couch bed. Don't recommend.

The room was not clean, but I arrived at 1045/11 PM and I did not want to drive back to where I checked in to make a complaint. I was traveling with my 11 year old son. Quiet though. Just super dirty!
