Tilt Hotel Universal-Hollywood, an AGA Collection Hotel

I like the hotel because it is convenient, across the street is Starbucks and restaurants. Close to highway and Universal Studios Hollywood

But when I checked in the room they assigned me was a little dirty and the towels very old but the attention is good the staff is attentive to what you ask if you don't like something. And another thing that didn't count is that they charge for parking for your car

The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

Location is perfectly walkable to Universal studios. The swimming pool is super tiny 12x12 feet but enough for kids to enjoy at end of day. Restaurants are right across the street including a Starbucks. Couldnt ask for a more convenient location.

They did not even offer us a discount for the inconvenience! Worst hotel experience i have ever had.

I came back from there with lice

The pictures do not match the current state of this hotel. We left early and went to a different hotel because we did not feel safe. It was also very dirty/outdated.

Exceptional

The only downside was the parking fee. I was disappointed to have to pay an additional $27 for parking, which I feel should have been included in the cost of the stay, especially considering the room rate. Including parking would have made the experience even better. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel

It was very convient and firedly enviormebt

The stay was good. Room good. Staff good. Location close to the Hollywood Bowl good. It is a 4 minute uber ride to the bowl so that is good. Price of the room good for a Monday. What I did not like was the $27.50 for parking per night per vehicle. Other than that it’s a great spot to sleep. This was my second stay there. But the first time I did not remember that I had to pay for parking at a hotel. Would I recommend this hotel…yes I would. But will warn my friends and family of the fee. And possibly will not stay for more than one day. Thank you for your time. The Thomas family.

First of all parking should be included and I was charged 27 dollars a night and then the elevator broke down so I had to take the stairs.so I think for the price that we pay I don’t think is worth it

The proximity to Universal Studios is amazing. Staff is super friendly and accommodating! Clean and spacious rooms.

Very clean room, great location.

The property was nice. It had a very unique lobby. I like the colors and the staff was very helpful and kind. The amenities were useful and good and the coffee was good too. I don’t think it was close enough to walk to Universal Studios, that was one thing I did not like. The parking was $27.50 per night. The air-conditioning worked good but it was quite LOUD. The lobby smelled so good and overall it was an experience that I would love to try again nine out of 10

Visiting from Chico Ca, and we experienced issues with all three rooms we booked. One room was leaking from the ceiling, the other door locked/jammed at night, the third room got locked in the morning and we were unable to leave the room. 1 hour later they opened the door for us. Stuck inside the room without cellphone data or room phone because of the verizon outage happening. Luckily my family came looking for us and thats when they were able to get us help. We were stuck in that room for hours. Horrible experience! Never again.
