Property was nicely maintained but there was not any shampoo. Not a big deal to us and I didn't ask if they had any.

Staff was very nice and was able to resolve a few issues we had-such as our key not working more than 24 hrs and 3rd towel disappearing from our room after being cleaned. Do know that policy has changed and there is no more "do not disturb" tags so the staff is coming into your room each day. This was annoying as anything personal (like computer/paperwork) had to be locked up in the car with us when we left, our 3rd towel disappeared everyday, and the trashcan I had in the bathroom always got put back in the main room. But if you are looking for a clean, large room with a comfortable bed to visit your University of IL student that is cheap, this is your place.

I was able to stay in the updated remodeled area which I was absolutely blown away by. I even received a call once I had officially checked in and their customer service was wonderful. The updated area complety blew me away, it was cozy, beautiful and simply wonderful especially for the price. I was receiving, however side note you do have to put down a one hundred dollar deposit and I have not yet checked to ensure that I receive that deposit back yet I know it may take time as we all know, those things take time. Front desk was very friendly, very kind and very helpful. Recommend

I loved the shower. It actually had a full stream of water in my room. Not that little drizzely thing at other hotel/motel. I got wet! First night the towel was soft and very absorbent, next night it was worn and scratchy and not very absorbent like normal places. My room was right by an enterace, but to my surprise in was nicely quiet. Just occasionaly I would hear someone come in the bulding. I ran around in my socks (which are white) in the room and they stayed white :) If I am in the area again and need a room I will relie on this place.
