Our room had bed bugs. We have been trying to get in contact with the hotel for a refund and it has been extremely difficult to get in contact with them and to get clear answers on the refund.

I booked through Priceline and when I got to the hotel and they told me that a $200 deposit is required and I can't use the same card as I'm paying for the hotel with and they wanted to charge me full price because it was non-refundable and they would not cancel the reservation they should tell people that the deposit is $200 and it has to be paid by two separate cards or cash I think that is horrible business procedures Customer service

Room next door had music playing

Good hotel. Close to UIUC campus.
-
Would be nice if the hot water dispenser was refilled more often. It ran empty and felt like an additional chore when requested.
-
Location and price.
-
Aside from the lack of a deep clean, the hotel isn't bad if you're a student just passing through for a single night, and the breakfast was good. We can tell the hotel is not new but just a little bit of investment can make the hotel very good
-
It will be great if they can improve the quality of the breakfast - the food option are too limited.
