Exceptional

Breakfast was good and in a good location. Would have preferred waffles over pancakes, but just a personal preference.

Breakfast served a little too late for us.

The staff was very friendly and kind. They introduced themselves when we checked in and gave us the names of the front desk attendants that were going to be there over night. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of options. There was plenty of parking even with the hotel being sold out.

Breakfast conformed to that offered by many hotels. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was clean even with a nearly full house. The property was very well situated near the university and several restaurants. The bathroom was too small, the commode was too low, the water faucet on the sink was nearly useless, and the tub needed to be modernized.

I actually booked this one by accident but found this is one of the best Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was amazing and the room for two queen standard was bigger than your average two queen room. I would stay here again!

Nice rooms and comfortable beds

Our stay was great . We enjoyed our time at this hotel. It was clean & staff was very nice . When I booked my stay I booked 1 king room & 1 2 queen beds room . They gave me 2 1 king bedrooms that wasn't very good since my daughter had brought friends for her birthday but we delt with that .

halfway place between where we live and our family. It’s a little worn, but maintained well. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a lot of options and is good. We’ll be back!

Such a great experience!

The property is in need of repairs. The rooms are a bit rundown (for example there were poorly done repairs on the bathtub that left an obvious part of the around drain missing and a paint-like substance all over the floor/wall) as is the parking lot (which has massive potholes). The staff is friendly and overall not a bad stay, but not the best Holiday Inn Express that I've stayed at.

We loved the fresh brew coffee machine’s available 24/7. John was super friendly at check in, and very helpful. Nice feeling after a long trip.

Breakfast was superb. It was warm and clean in there. Lots of choices There was nothing I disliked!

Only that the pool opened at 9am. I understand as there are guest rooms across from the pool. It was hard to keep my kids patient while they waited for 9am.
