Clean rooms, good breakfast

We stayed 2 nights visiting the area for vacation. Room was so clean, beds were so comfy with nice linens. Bathroom was clean though the ceiling over the tub could use a little repair. The staff at the front desk was so friendly and helpful when asked about local things to do. Would stay again.

Be sure to check the bathroom, they have a mold problem since there's no ventilation.

We reserved 2 double queen suites. They put our rooms next to each other, which was very nice. Unfortunately we were on the second floor of 3 and had a lot of noise above both rooms. The ac unit was noisy/high pitched when it kicked on. The rooms were very clean but unfortunately one of the beds had grits stuff on the sheets, hence the 4 out of 5 stars. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast selection was very nice and the eating area clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and delicious breakfast

Great location just off the I 74. Items in the little snack shop were very reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and quiet, impressive because the hotel was packed with kids in town for a ball tournament. Really sweet staff, front desk, dining room, housekeeping.

The pool was very small and not appealing. Sadly, no hot tub. Parking was ten dollars a day. Breakfast was meh, but... Pros: ...breakfast staff were amazing. They were very kind to an elderly guest, served him his breakfast in the dining room. The front desk was very cheerful and helpful. It's a new hotel, so everything was clean and worked well. Within walking distance of downtown and the river walk.

The king size bed was on the floor. Looked like a king size futon. No bed frame. Roll in shower! We are not disabled! Room very dark. Will never stay again.

Everything was fine except the entire reason I booked the hotel was for my kids to be able to swim and the pool was empty. Also, our room smelled terrible. The bed I slept in must’ve been peed in because all I could smell was urine.

large breakfast with a good deal of variety

Good value. Central location

We liked that the pool was 24 hours so we could go in there at midnight to wind down before going to sleep. The breakfast could have been better. The sausage gravy is clearly out of a bag as are the eggs. But, honestly, breakfast is the least of my concern.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast had biscuits and gravy which made me happy. Bathrooms are a tad outdated. Everything else was good.

Very nice stay!! Clean room. Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Breaks was a typical hotel breakfast but it was nice and spread out. Easy to find and get to. Overall very good stay

I would stay again or just because

A family was loudly celebrating directly outside our window well past 11 pm. After a bit, we called the front desk and the music eventually stopped, but the loud celebration did not. Nobody cared. Kids (and adults?) ran through the hallways and were incredibly loud in their rooms above and beside us until well past 1:30 am. Nobody cared. We called and texted looking for some respite, but, evidently, nobody cared. The juxtaposition of this Comfort Inn stay with the one immediately following it in Gatlinburg couldn’t have been more stark.
