Got to the room first impression blood splatter all over the wall. Food was shoved in the bed cracks, room was not clean. Spa was good but shower had a backup after a relaxing massage taking a shower in sewage was a down side. No ac hallway was unbearably hot. Hot tub was a kid pool that was green. Not impressed with service or cleanliness of this hotel.

The swimming pool was smaller than the actual pool. For the amount of people in the pool it was ridiculous.

Bathroom needs an update. Air conditioner is awful.

THE BEST HOTEL IN VAIL
-
It’s a fantastic property but when we arrived we were notified they were overbooked and moved us to a far lesser location. We did get a refund, which we haven’t seen yet, and access to amenities but it put a very different spin on my birthday weekend. We didn’t actually get to stay

The room just didn’t get cleaned one day and had to remind the housekeeping staff. The pool area was a dirty mess by day end. For a big holiday weekend I would have expected entertainment but it was not there.

The pool area appeared to be neglected, with lounge chairs sitting in dirt rather than being properly maintained. The hot tub was noticeably low on water, and although we reported it to the front desk multiple times, the issue was never addressed during our stay. One of the advertised evening activities, the s’mores, never took place, and none of the staff members we asked seemed to know if or when it was happening. Staying Monday through Thursday, it felt like many of the employees were either understaffed or not adequately trained to handle guest questions or concerns. On top of that, the prices throughout the property were quite high for the level of service and overall experience we received. Unfortunately, because of these issues, we don’t plan on returning.

Definitivamente la mejor opcion de hotel en todo Vail! Es el unico hotel que tiene una vista tan cercana al rio y a la montaña y puedas disfrutarla desde el lobby.

Got there early but we got a room. Very helpful front desk. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was full of kids so if you have your family, then this would be great. Gore river trail was literally next to the room. Parking at $55/day is a little high during the summer but knew it going in.

Conventions and La crosse tournament families at hotel. Ugh.

The hotel was simply perfect.

Our room was clean, the bed and bedding were comfortable, it had a lovely alcove sitting area overlooking the mountain and creek. Amenities were enjoyable. We particularily enjoyed yoga & sound meditation classes. The onsite restruant was exceptional.

The room and amenities were great! Hot tube and pool heated and my kid enjoyed both. Free shuttle to the village is really convenient. Good breakfast options. Big kudos to Tracy for yoga and helping with my lower back!

The walking path was beautiful!

Fabulous river front resort, away from the main village so private, peaceful, and great place for a romantic weekend. The makoto restaurant on site is a must visit, it was exceptional.
