The view was amazing The food wasn’t so good

The structure is great Employees are not qualified for a good structure. Front desk lazy and unprepared, waiters and bar tenders slow and nearly rude. Only exception is the concierge, she’s very good

Very comfortable bed, nice balcony, nice lobby for hanging out, beautiful patios and pool area Internet was unreliable, TV stopped working, no mini fridge in room, no club chair / ottoman

The staff was polite and professional, the Restaurant was high class and the meal was great. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The extras in the room were appreciated, even though I didn't use many of them. I would have liked to have parked my own car in the garage. Valet is nice but came at an unnecessary extra cost

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the property itself is very beautiful and spacious. The restaurant food was tasty, and we really enjoyed that the hotel is large enough to walk around, relax, and even play table football inside. The only issue was the air conditioning in the room. It didn’t maintain a comfortable temperature and was either blowing very cold or very hot air directly onto the bed, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Beautiful property with heated outdoor pools, restaurants and available shuttle that takes you to Vail or Lionshead village. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is not in the Vail or Lionshead village so you need to take a shuttle. The parking per day is $55-64. The ski lift was not working even though we came mid December. The hotel randomly charges accidental fees daily with random amounts so when you check out you have multiple unexplainable charges. They eventually will refund the charges but it’s very confusing and very hard to track for what you were charged and why.

Staff and food were amazing. The rooms need to be refreshed, some furniture looked worn as well as some parts of the property.

Very pretty property along the river. The bed was so comfortable! Love that there is a Nespresso machine in the room - it made for lovely mornings. It’s mostly quite a lovely place but it’s starting to seem a bit dated - especially the hallways!

N/A Poor customer service/No one answering their phones which prevented me from arriving timely

Thé hotel just wasn’t what we had in mind and one they charged us for a room upgrade that we requested plus resort fees and expensive parking, thé cost was twice what we thought it would be. Not really their fault.. just not for us. We stayed one night and changed hotels. The size and location of the hotel plus the costs… a whiskey at the bar at maybe 35 dollars!

We arrived at the hotel and they did not have our booking in their system. Luckily they were able to get us a room, but I’m disappointed this did not properly translate from Engine to Grand Hyatt Vail.

The breakfast was included in the stay although the guys at the reception wanted to be sure that it’s for all the guests or only 2! But the manager came and solved the issue and was very helpful and cooperative

The SPA was under staffed . The steam and sauna were not working. My room was supposed to have a Mountain View , however they had a spot light hitting our window directly all night . Awful.
