Rooms were spacious and clean PARKING. I paid for a room and should have a 1 parking space for my car. Instead I had to park my 1 car 2 miles down the road. Each room should have ONE space reserved for that room.

Fantastic location that has excellent shuttle service available. Staff is extremely caring and helpful. The hotel is very comfortable and nicely appointed. Parking is a little pricey, but it is this way all over Vail.

This hotel is located right next to the highway so you do hear cars all nights. They were completely booked when we got there so there were a lot of people there. After a long day or traveling, there was no hot shower. Talk to the hotel staff they said they were working on it. Still no hot water the next morning. Staff said sorry we are working on it and that’s it! If you want quiet, comfortable bed and hot shower! DO NOT COME HERE !

They did not have parking on site so had to park at a garage near by.

I loved the shape of my room and the stocked kitchenette. I did not like the parking or transportation to park my car or gain access to the town of Vail.

Noise level was terrible. Ever door slams very loudly due to the closer. Security was nonexistant both troubled nights. No one could care. Management sucks!

Really clean and modern hotel with good amenities, especially if you're staying there with a family. Kitchen in the unit is a nice bonus.
