We arrived at 1 pm, not expecting to check in until 4pm, even though the property seemed not busy at all. We were told that we would get a text when the room was ready, but never received the text. So we returned about 4:30-4:45 and were told we could get in. Then they said the room was not ready and it would be about 10 mins. Forty minutes later we finally were able to get into the room. The room was nice, though not the room in the photos. Bathroom was very nice. The carpet was kind of dirty and wet in some spots. The half and half for coffee curdled. We didn't know until checking out that each reservation comes with a $121 credit to use on premises. We had been to the restaurant our first night and the coffee shop in the mornings. We could have used the credit towards those purchases, but were never told. Front desk help seemed a little unprofessional. This is not an inexpensive property. I would expect a better experience.

I made a mistake in my booking, by the time I realized it, I was within a week of staying. They could not accommodate my dates I needed, and then kept all my money.
-
Perfect stay but air conditioning never cooled the room below 76 degrees but great stay otherwise

We did have issues with the tv in our room that could not be resolved. The hotel manager worked with us to make it equitable.
-
Amazing property, clean, friendly staff! I will definitely be back.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. We did have one small hiccup on arrival but the staff handled it immediately and made sure the rest of our stay was great.

Our stay was just okay. We’ve been looking to stay here for years and finally booked it. It was underwhelming. The property is nice, but not that nice. The elevators smell like stale air or sweat. The pool and hot tub are small, water fountain didn’t work, hot tub was kind of clean. The hotel rooms are nice but already starting to age. The property is in a good location. I prefer Vail Village and other properties. For the price, it’s a no go. You can do much better.

It's like an amazing place! Really enjoyed staying here!

The Arrabelle is in need of some TLC for the facilities. Our room (a one bedroom suite) was poorly furnished with seemingly little thought given to decor, comfort or utility. The pool/hot tub area on the roof also needed some attention as the spas had discolored algae areas (on a metal bottom) that looked awful. The balcony railing desperately needed some paint. The staff, however, was awesome! Genuinely friendly and accommodating. First class staff in every way. And a special kudos to the pastry chef for the morning breakfast buffet. The selection and quality was superb. Bottom line, for the same price, you can get a vastly superior room at the Four Seasons and Vail Village has much more energy than sleepy Lionshead. The old school feel of the Arrabelle is nice, but a little too much deferred maintenance of the physical plant for this price point.

Great property and location. Our room was very spacious. We were able to check into our room very early. They charged our electric car to 100% without us even having to ask! We have stayed in Vail many times, including all the other high-end properties, and The Arrabelle is on par with all of them.

Wonderful stay!

However on this trip the TV didn't work, the engineer sent up couldn't figure it out, and the A/C did not work well...room didn't get below 74 degrees even when set to 65. Manager comped parking through front desk at checkout but didn't come out to acknowledge or apologize. Not the end of the world, but at this price point, I expect better service and working systems.

Very pet-friendly! We had dinner at the hotel and our dog, Franci even got her own menu! She raved about the diced chicken entree! Our food was also devine. The doggie bed, food and water bowls in our room were a nice touch also. The pool was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. A lap pool, which was cool, clean, tranquil, the views amazing. Will stay again!

The room access it’s to late and check out to early.

The breakfast that was included was great and appreciated that it was part of the resort fee. Location was great and room was comfortable. Pool area was great to spend some time at. May be back in the future. I specifically requested an accessible room with a restroom that would accomodate some one with a disability that is in a wheel chair, that would include a walk in/roll in shower and grab bars for safety. I made this request through Booking.com and also called the Arrabelle Resort (3 times) to ensure that the room would be available. I was told it was, however; upon arrival the room was not available so my family member with the disability had to use others means to shower comfortably and safely. I would ask that you help to accomodate these requests with the resorts you work with to ensure the comfort and safety of those with a disability.

Very good

The room was beautiful and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The food was also amazing. Definitely will stay again. I thought that parking was a bit expensive considering how much the rooms were.

The location is excellent! Very easy to access everything in Lionshead and the Vail village, not to mention the activities available on the mountain. Breakfast was very good--a little slow getting the toast. Loved the hot tub with the views of the mountain as well! Was very happy with our stay! Wish everything was included with breakfast (such as espresso drinks). And that parking wasn't so expensive, but that's about it.
