The TVS were 10 years old..the Master was so small and old we could barely see it. No apps on the TV it was so old. This was a resident that needed a refresh and update. Shocking that the Four Seasons would allow a residence to be in the rental program in the condition like this room was. Not to mention the Master could not have been uglier. Nothing on the walls etc...I could go on, but do not get a Residence owned room in Vail. On the good side the staff was great and very accommodating!

This isn’t the hotel’s fault but there were loud children in there he pool jumping and splashing making it quite difficult to enjoy.

10/10 stay! Staff and hotel was great ! We were super impressed with the attention to detail for our 15M old! She got snacks & a toy during check in and they even included a teepee in our room for her to play. Would stay here again!

Beautiful jr suite with nice view of the pool and a fireplace! Loved the generous bathroom. Great poolside service and the spa was luxurious. Had a wonderful dinner at Tavernetta as well :)

5 Star treatment! Superb amenities. Love the spa access!! The room was cozy & luxurious. Love the fireplace in the room…..I mean I can’t wait to go back. On site restaurant very over priced. But I would highly recommend other wise.
