Hot water was warm it needs to be hotter hard to take a shower when it’s warm

It was amazing from the second we got there untill the minute we left.

Terrible experience here would not recommend outdated rooms that have damage to them. Staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The younger gentleman who works overnights was wonderful but literally the only pleasant experience we had.

The gym and pool looked great but I didn’t get to use them. The parking lot was packed on one night but staff helped me out.

When we returned about 10:30 pm it was closed. We went up to our room to discover our room was very hot, despite having kept everything closed as instructed (there is no ac). We tried opening the door to discover the screen was broken and the interstate noise was insane , so no way to keep bugs out. They switched our room to a quieter room, but that one immediately smelled like marijuana. The third room we did stay in because by this time it was midnight and we were exhausted. There was cleanable dried blood on the floor and the windows were filthy. Beds were hard. We were scheduled to stay two nights but only stayed the first. They did refund the “resort” fees and the second night, and gave us $50 toward the mess the night before. If you choose to stay, make sure you’re aware of what you’re actually getting. We will not be choosing the “cheapest” (still very pricy) hotel in Vail again.

The staff were so nice and helpful would definitely stay again

Great location between vail village and lions head. Great price if on a budget. No AC, just fans. Also the hot water is not the hottest.
-
Very caring staff and welcome atmosphere, great location, swimming pool, breakfast items, quite!
-
Poor water pressure in the shower

This place is a dump… and no air conditioning

You can't put lipstick on a pig. This is a very old property that some updating has been done but mostly to the common areas. Although the room seemed clean, the carpet looked worn and dirty. Opening the window was difficult and something I wished I had gloves on before I touched it. The location is great.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating.

Need new beds staff was great

Really friendly staff. Great value for the money. Excellent location. Chose it for the free parking.

There was black mold in the windows which were difficult to open and close. The bathroom fan didn't work (which explains the mold). The shower didn't get hot. The sink drained very slowly. No working AC. I will never stay here again.

Great pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. Bar and restaurant were convenient and fairly priced kind of for Vail. Decent amount of parking. Be prepared no AC in rooms but they have fans.

The pool was nice, aside from some spots of peeling paint liner, and the outside deck (I believe might be part of one of the restaurants) was a nice place to sit, adorned with some beautiful flowers. I know it’s only a ⭐️⭐️⭐️hotel, but it was all just very dated and dingy feeling. It is still Vail, after all, so the bar is set pretty high compared to other places I’ve stayed in Vail. It was fine for the one night, but tried to spend most of the time outside of the room. We did grab a little snack from the Avalanche Sports Bar and Grill, and the food was good. I have back issues and am very sensitive about beds, and the beds were not very comfortable. Probably fine for most people, but not great for anyone else with back problems. There were some vending machines throughout the hotel that had drinks and snacks, but several of the machines with drinks were all sold out and the snack machine took my money, which was rather disappointing. All in all, probably wouldn’t choose this property again unless some major updates were made, but then it would probably cost 3-times as much, so if you just need a relatively inexpensive room for the night, it’s just fine.

Great place to stay. Clean and friendly staff.

Shower drain was plugged, couldn’t take a shower in the room. No control for air conditioner, my daughter and I hot all night. Loud guests down the hall til 1am. Overpaid for the quality it was.

Full disclosure— we cancelled our reservation when we got here. The property photos looked much better than the state of the property. The room was musty, the carpet was peeling, and there was just an overall feeling of neglect. The staff however was SUPER kind and helpful, however as soon as we saw the room we requested a refund.
