Great hotel really enjoyed our stay

Location Charge for every small thing. Example, I upgraded the room to a view which turned out to be the interstate with it's auto noise. When I expressed my concerns with the front desk, they were not concerned and would not consider a credit. We had dinner at the bar that was awful.

We spent an afternoon around the pool which was very relaxing. There were water issues on August 25th which meant a cold shower, no breakfast being served, and a hot tub closure. The hot water in the shower was restored and we ate breakfast at Ludwigs. The restaurant area for the breakfast at The Sebastian was not impressive for a luxury hotel. The staff, however, were very attentive and helpful.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very easy to walk on to town and loved our dinner at Zuma! Nothing!

We had an amazing stay! Highly recommend for any occasion, It is family friendly, great for a girls' trip, a couples get-away, etc. The only word of caution is the parking and resort fees are roughly $65 per day ($130 per day). We were surprised, but after re-reviewing the fine print...it was clearly stated. Therefore our miss, not the resorts. Overall, we will be back!

We were upset by the vast number of dogs staying at the property. My husband was so allergic we had to leave early and the hotel management would not refund us for the night.
