We could not speak more highly about our recent stay over the 4th. We have stayed multiple times, but not since the new remodel and ownership. The staff and hospitality was above and beyond. It was Fourth of July weekend and they had everything set up so perfectly. Fun fun fun! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the rooftop pool with the most beautiful views of Vail Mountain. The location can't be beat. We watched the parade from their front patio. You can walk everywhere from here. The best holiday weekend!

Location is in the center of Vail Village. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, parking, and activities. Very nice staff. Will stay again.

We stayed over a holiday weekend so everywhere was busy, but there were a TON of kids running free throughout the hotel at any given moment. The location is amazing and the room was fantastic. The crying kids heard even with our door and window closed, slamming doors, lack of courtesy from other guests (specifically in the pool area) and pets in the breakfast food space were disappointing.

CELIAC review : The experience with the staff regarding our daughter's celiac needs was traumatic. We inquired at the front desk about what the accommodations were for breakfast. The staff responded with a hard line, that there was nothing for her to eat because they didn't want her to "die today". When we entered the breakfast area there were individually wrapped and sealed Gluten Free (Udi's) baked goods, fruit, and other items that could have been easily made to accommodate her needs. She did not eat the breakfast for the entirety of our stay. The staff was lazy and lacked empathy.

We'll stay there again when we return to Vail.

What a great location in the heart of Vail Village. I love how it feels like a little bed and breakfast rather than a corporate hotel chain.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable rooms! Paying $49 for parking

I loved staying here - such a pleasant surprise. Rooms are nicely updated, VERY comfy beds, perfect location in Vail village, but the best part was the staff. Every person was so friendly; they chatted with us, offered amenities I did not even think to ask about, and just made our stay wonderful. We’ll definitely stay here next summer

Excelente hotel. Definitivamente volveriamos

My only regret with booking this room was the construction right outside our door. Paying what I paid I’d expect some updates and allow me to decide if I ld like to continue my reservation. The river view was nice, just too bad I couldn’t enjoy it. Having workers outside from the early morning until 6pm made the trip average. 25th Wedding Anniversary hit a snag, and also offering Mountain Standard as a great choice for dinner; laughable seeing I again had to hear construction throughout my meal. Overall the room was nice, the staff was nice, but a rough way to celebrate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sitzmark stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice with a cute little balcony. The expanded continental breakfast had ample options, and everything seemed quite fresh. No complaints at all, and we would stay there, again.

Hotel maintains high standards. My only issue was the town in the summer. Not much to do.
-
Location and staff were excellent Parking is horrendous. My car was damaged in the parking garage. They had to move vehicles around and keep some of the guests keys so people could get in and out

Location, friendly staff, good breakfast Parking wasn’t free

We loved our stay at the Sitzmark. The location was perfect - right in the center of town and close to the bike path. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and we loved the small cozy feel of the hotel! We highly recommend.

Great location for GoPro games with my dog with a beautiful balcony over the creek. Very well done renovations of the rooms.
