Really good breakfast.

Location in downtown Vail; farmer's market on Sunday was right outside out door!

10 star hotel!!! The cleanliness, design, location was top notch!! And to top it all off the staff!! I was in many hotels and never saw the service and friendliness that I saw here!!! Shoutout to the staff member at the night shift he was a huge help! Nothing it was amazing!!! ...an elevator to the parking would've been a help

Location was great Our room was not in the system when we arrived. So we ended up in a room with 2 bunkbeds, which was not clean when we arrived. We requested it to be cleaned and they just removed some towels and did the beds with the same sheets.

I’d stay here again for the convenience of being in town. But it was noisy.

Nice, comfortable rooms. The staff was outstanding!

The staff was so helpful and accommodating. "Mountain View" had some of vail mountain in the distance but really was mostly village view

The greeting staff did not provide good instructions on where to park and so I ended up in private parking at a much higher cost. They said Vail has no mosquitos except at the river, and I trusted them only to get bit quite a bit the first night. The rooms do not come with any nightlights so you basically have to leave the bright bathroom light on all night. Many seniors go several times a night. The pillows were extremely fluffy and they could not provide anything thinner. Would not recommend this place for seniors

Breakfast was excellent, and very enjoyable. Location in Vail Village is fantastic. Room along the Gore was perfect for us. Overall staff service was outstanding. Some of our towels (particularly face cloths) were very old, yellowed, and needed to be replaced. Parking is expensive, but it is what it is. Not a lot of sound proofing in the room, heard crying and whining children a lot.

Breakfast was ok.. Great location Parking is terrible....no iron and ironing board in the room

Location was ideal. Staff were friendly and professional. Our room was clean, bathroom spacious and updated, beds were comfortable. Price was perfect. Nothing to complain about.

Lovely stay, location can’t be beat! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms have been renovated in an older building. Only complaint was you could hear any noise in the hallway including speaking voices and doors. Would stay again.
