Cons: The hotel is undergoing renovations with a construction zone in some of the common areas. There were ongoing issues which negatively impacted our experience including no WiFi and no water during a portion of our stay. There was a broken screen door in the bedroom. They put a portable AC unit in the bedroom which helped cool it but didn’t allow entry of the fresh mountain air.

The apartment was very clean, well appointed in the bathroom with plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner and soap, and in the kitchen with all necessary cooking tools and equipment. The apartment accommodated 4 of us comfortably, but there is no A/C. Just a fan and the beautiful mountain air coming in through the screens. We were fine with that though as we weren't inside much during the day and the nighttime cools off nicely. Beds were very soft if your back appreciates that! The gym downstairs was small but useful and the pool and sauna/steam room were a very nice perk. Also, there is a coffee machine in the lobby which is a beneficial addition to the stay to allow us to grab a cup at any time. Construction was taking place while there but noise level was quite low and it did not affect us at all. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is even a bar on the bottom level where the gym is, called the George, which is very popular at night. Hotel plans include a new cafe down there as well, which we look forward to visiting on our next trip. Great stay al around!

The condo was clean and centrally located but had no AC

Great location - in the middle of Vail Village Building is under construction, lobby in particular. Thermostat is set by the office so the room was hot and I kept.the window open through out thr night. This affected my allergies. TV was.small and could not use my apps (You Tube, HBO)

Awesome room fully equipped. Loved the fireplace.

Enjoyed the balcony, separate bedroom and kitchen. Very convenient to Ford Park for Music Festival. Great location.

It is the worst place I have stayed in the last 10 years and the service is terribly

The property is in a great location. The room we stayed in was very roomy and clean. The room did not have air conditioning and there were no fans available. I had to keep the windows open at all times which didn’t provide much cooling. No fans were available.

Location was really great. Room was one of the cleanest I've seen traveling. I was surprised to find parking was not included. The mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Great location! Currently undergoing renovations, so the lobby was messy. Totally understandable with the construction.

There is a ton of construction going on- which I was not aware of when I booked. Parking was away from the place- @ $45/ day. Which was hard for my elderly parents. The unit we stayed in was nice. Pool area does not have umbrellas. No place to eat in the building.

A morning hot tub trip and a the kindness of the staff made this a great experience. Location is obviously amazing. We will be back.

Our condo’s living room furniture and carpet was stained and needs to be replaced. We asked to be moved but they could not accommodate. Parking is $60 per day.

To old, rooms to little, no closets, no Space, not worth 13 thousand a week!

Best location and view with a spacious and very comfortable 2-bedroom. Loved the balconies facing the mountain and the free late machine in the lobby. If you need skis, 8150 Ski Shop, under the lodge, is the place to go: Jon the owner will take amazing care of you and it's a fair price, especially with the Mountain Haus discount (don't forget to ask the front desk about that coupon). It's pricey, but compared to the rest out there, it's fair.

Staff was nice, on site pub could have been better menu items but there are close by alternatives. Would recommend this place and will return.
