The Galatyn Lodge

The location in vail village is perfect. We parked our car in the garage free of charge during our stay and walked to everything. The staff was top notch they even knew our names. It’s newly renovated so very clean. You can stay in a one bedroom or come with family and stay in a four bedroom suite. This will be our go to location every time we visit Vail.

Room was nice. Bed was ok, not super comfortable. Quick walk to the Gerald Ford theater for a concert. Easy access to everything. Humidifier was a nice touch.

No breakfast There was supposed to be a fridge, but there was no fridge and no microwave. We had to throw away $100 worth of food.

Everything was nicer than expected! This is our new favorite place to stay in Vail. Welcoming to our two small dogs. Comfortable and very clean. Jodi of the Front Desk staff was wonderful with correspondence before our visit. She’s a perfect ambassador for the property. We look forward to planning a longer stay soon. The garage parking was a great plus. Love the location.

Super short walk to Vail Village and Ford Amphitheater. Huge, comfy room. Excellent customer service. Wish it had a mini fridge.

Our room was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly accommodated to our needs. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the view out of the large window overlooking the pool. The heated pool was a great place to relax the quiet afternoon away. The staff were also very accommodating when it came to parking - once we had parked, we were just steps away from exploring all that Vail has to offer. One of the best things about this hotel is its central location, putting us steps away from Vail's pedestrian area. We left the car behind as we could easily walk anywhere we wanted to enjoy. We can't wait to return!

there was no breakfast, which I knew, but the in-room coffee maker didn't work - which is a problem. The coffee maker didn't work, and there was only 1 very small trash can. There was no mini-fridge to put food in...which, when they don't serve breakfast, or any food, is a problem.

Jodi was incredibly helpful, friendly and engaging. Property is very nice and laid back. Everything is extremely well kept and nice.

Exemplary service from Jodi from the minute I checked in to check out. I came to Vail for a concert at the Ford Amphitheater. The lodge was an easy walk to that as well as downtown. Had close grassy/walk areas for my dog. Probably the only thing I wished for was a fridge and microwave in the room for quick meals/snack.

We went for Oktoberfest, it was really accessible to the festival, it housed our group comfortably, the amenities were nice like the pool. The automatic opening door in the parking garage is very helpful carrying your stuff in. Was a little hard to see from the road, had to circle around. Pool only open until 9 in the summer despite being heated. Most places are 10pm.

It’s beautiful inside and outside, clean and a great location - it’s walking distance to the main part of town (and/or also has a bus stop right outside). All of the staff was exceptional - so friendly, professional and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet spot. Nothing we didn’t like!

Can’t say enough of how accommodating The Galatyn Lodge was. Jodi, Josh, and Bridgett, could not have been any better. I would stay at the Galatyn Lodge again for sure. Super clean, spacious, and parking was excellent. Conveniently located! This place is a no brainer!
