Tivoli Lodge

The staff was less than helpful during the entire stay. They were just a miserable unhappy lot. Except for the valet workers who were friendly and efficient. We were told our room would be ready at 4, even as people around us all got their rooms early. 4:00 came and went. No room and no apologies. I finally asked if there were any other open rooms and surprisingly there was. Not sure why we weren’t given that room to begin with. None the less, we were less than impressed with the hotel and would prefer to find a different one next time we are in Vail.

The person at the desk in the lobby was able to hold my cold packs in a freezer overnight for me. Thought that was really nice. Got a bottle of some lovely wine with my room. It’s where I stay anytime I’m in Vail for a reason. All this plus hot tub u see the stars at night. I mean come one. Definitely recommend.

Great alpine lodge in Vail, walkable to everything. Charming rooms with high ceilings, with mini-kitchen area. Parking is by valet, but worked out well. Air conditioning on the upper floors was not working when we stayed in June but they brought in portable AC units. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve been staying here for 20 years. What a special place in the heart of Vail. Never disappoints.

The beds were nice, no pool, resort charge at check out : never told us, charged for parking : never told us so we tipped the valet like it was free parking…Bar was open sometimes?? This is a glorified super 8 w/ fancy decorations.

My only real complaint is that breakfast is not included. It’s only $13.95 and at that price just build it into the price of the room. The offering is minimal so can’t cost the hotel much, and the guest would feel like there is some value add to their stay. I’d go back just the same.

Rustic and lovely property close to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Love the warm milk and cookies available in the evening!

This property is incredible. We booked one night, and decided to extend for another and they were easily able to extend our stay. Then we found ourselves back in Vail at a cheaper property that didn’t meet our needs, and they were able to save us and get us into a room at 9:30 am. The staff is fantastic, the amenities are top notch and you can’t beat the prices in vail.

Best hotel in Vail! The owner stays there and is very friendly. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and rooms were spacious and clean. I will definitely be back. One note of caution - they keep the hot tub VERY hot…almost too hot! But it certainly works.

Wasn’t informed until checking that there was an additional $45 per night plus tax fee for a car.

Great location, excellent staff. Walkable to Vail summertime activities. Our second stay and we will be back. This hotel has a European feel.

Great location.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times…. But this time it was awful. It had really gone downhill. The staff was rude and not helpful. They refused to give us a room with a view until we threaten to move to another hotel. Then the manager stepped in, and he was wonderful. He upgraded our room, moved us promptly and could not have been friendlier. However, We won’t be back

Great hotel with a nice atmosphere, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
