Currently wrapping up renovations for converting to a Hyatt Select. Rooms refreshed nicely and newer feel to entire building. Breakfast was only average (minimal selection), shower water pressure low in 4th floor room I had.

On the not so good side- When we arrived (late July) the room temperature was 65F. We had to turn off the AC and let it warm. But - the entire hotel was like a freezer. The room layout and accessories were mediocre at best. The tiny 16" x24" table/nightstand between 2 Queen beds was about 75% covered by a phone and a large base lamp. That left little room for essnetials like a charging cell phone or a simple glass of water. No luggage/suitcase stands. No tissues in our room.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I know the property is under construction and it was surprisingly clean. My room felt sticky like humid inside.

Everything about the whole state was exceptional. Well, the cleanness of the room to the breakfast every morning the staff was exceptionally.

Everything was mostly fine. We were in a newly updated room which meant fresh paint, new carpet, and possibly a new walk in shower. Breakfast was fine with hot and cold options such as scrambled eggs and sausage. However, the downside was that even though we could tell that the sheets on the bed were fresh, they were stained. Also, the curtains were stained. So even with all the updates, it’s still important to pay attention to the fine details.

Very conveniently located right off 75. Even though they are switching over to a different hotel chain and have some construction going on (boxes for remodel, spackled walls etc) the room was very clean as was every area we went in. The breakfast was all set up and hot at 6:30. Very nice stay.

Property was under renovation. Poor sanitation. Rooms and hotel does not reflect what is advertised. Had an awful smell throughout. Had to move rooms. 1st room was unacceptable. Beds, furniture, appliances were outdated. Not worth the price that I was charged for a bad experience
