We then asked to be contacted as soon as check in was possible ( we left a number to contact us once a room was cleaned); that never happened. The original room we were given had bad odor and flared up my allergies. My husband reported this and we were given another room along with Claritin. The evening/ night clerk was awesome. She escorted us to new room and helped us gather our belongings. She made out stay GREAT. She is who I would credit for the change in experience at the Fairfield. We encountered her on check out and she was instrumental in explaining our bill. She is a valuable asset to the company.

The stay was good. The fitness center needs a few upgrades (worn treadmill-divets and non-working screens) but they work. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good and had a good variety.

Nothing I didn't like the fact that my card didn't work. I had cash we drove to Walmart 3 times trying to get the money on a card only for it not to work. We were tired but couldn't get the room. Then they tried to get money off the card I had on file. I was very disappointed. We had to go to another place to get a room.

Fast check-in. Room was clean and quiet. Perfect for our one night stay while traveling. Austin Cattle Company was about a mile away, great food and drink!
