Very good

Location to the college was good. Breakfast was offered but no seasoning offered (no salt, no pepper). The listen level.... you could hear EVERYTHING thru the door and next door.

My stay was very pleasant. The employee at the front desk was very professional and kept a smile on her face the whole time. I give this place 10/10.

ALL of the employees were kind and very helpful. Especially Meesha "the best". The renovations were kind of inconvenient, and the chemicals were strong and made me dizzy. I also want to add that it's not how it started that made the difference for me was how it ended. I was very satisfied with the overall. I had a great time while I was there.

Friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast crew even asked if we had enough to eat before they shut down breakfast. Coffee in the lobby for most of the afternoon was a plus for me. Within walking distance to WalMart and Sam’s Club.

We arrived at the Hampton inn only to find the WHOLE place in disarray!!!! It was TOTALLY under construction!!! The person at the make shift front desk (card table) was very blase' and said it was on their website that the hotel was under construction. We booked this for a week to celebrate our anniversary....The breakfast area was also on card tables and when asked to use the public restroom, she said it wasn't available because of construstion. We asked if the pool was open, and we were told it was also under construction. I had called a few weeks prior to check to make sure the pool was open and the person that I spoke with said yes it was. Why this hotel was even open is a question I would like answered. My husband and I travel around the U.S. staying in different places for a few days and play golf around the area. Then we like to come back to the hotel and hangout at the pool for a while... Obviously that was not happening. Very disappointing and the attitude of the person at the front desk just put the icing on the cake.

The bathroom in the room was dirty. I had to clean it with a towel. The hotel lobby is being renovated. We have stayed here before and it was ok.

Location They are remodeling so the entry and reception area is under construction. Not that I didn’t like it but it did take some of the positive ambient away

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable room Although understandable, it’s in the process of renovation.

Close to the highway Needed a lot of TLC

Pet friendly, clean modern well appointed rooms. Lobby, registration and breakfast bar were undergoing renovations but space was still neat and clean. Breakfast shut down too early. 9am. So didn't get to take advantage of thar. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9am. Felt a little pressure to leave. Cruise ship vibe. Overall satisfied.

The staff was clueless about the renovation and why we were not informed but they were very friendly. We weren't informed that renovations would be happening, or we would have chosen a different hotel. The Pool was green and we had to find someone to let us into the pool area just so we could sit at the tables. I definitely would not have chosen this hotel if I had known there was no pool. The internet was spotty due to renovations, the fitness room was shut down, and the phone didn't work, so I couldn't even call the front desk I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but I should have been made aware of this so I could have chosen differently.

It was ok looking from outside They are doing construction and I called three times to confirm the room that I needed for my mother who was handicap and when I showed up, they didn’t have those rooms available due to. They’ve been under construction for a month and they should’ve told me that on the phone and never did they kept confirming my reservation was good and I had the room

Stayed over Labor Day weekend, the hotel was undergoing renovations. The only complaint I have is the hallways were awfully hot. Other than that, the stay was nice.

The hotel was going through renovations and the front desk wasn’t working and the hallways were not air-conditioned. The swimming pool was closed and so was just about every other Area. Trying to find a place that didn’t have caution tape to take my dog to go potty. I waited till 11 o’clock to complain about the child that was in the room above me running and throwing things and jumping off the furniture, they didn’t do anything about it. I did not get much sleep and neither did my dog because the pounding scared her constantly because she is blind. I’m not a complainer believe me, but this was ridiculous.
