The staff was great. The rooms were great. The bathroom vent didn’t work well so you could see some mold above the shower, in the ceiling tiles.

Easy parking, right off the interstate. Beds were comfortable.

The only negative I have to say is that there weren’t a lot of places for us to walk our dogs, but we made it work.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room and common areas were very clean. Breakfast was good. Overall the hotel and room was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was very nice. It was clean and everything you needed was there. My only complaint which I notified the front desk. There should be a quiet time enforced. Overtop of us kids were running back and forth and jumping off the beds till well after 11 pm.

This has been our usual stop but it has deteriorated since our last stay. Massively Understaffed with dirty rooms. We waited 30 minutes in line to check in. The poor lone woman who checked us in was kind but did not focus on expediency and chatted away about food and kids with every customer without entering data or being mindful of the line. One family had the wrong hotel and she still talked with them for another five minutes. She was overwhelmed. Our bathroom had what looked like vomit caked around the outside bottom of the tub. We had two rooms together and decided to stay rather than try to move us all. We won’t be back

The heated indoor pool felt great. Our room key card stopped working and had to be replaced 3 times in three nights of staying at the hotel.

Easy access on and off I40. Plus indoor pool! I don’t know why the pool was closed due to the weather since it’s an indoor pool.

Very nice and clean. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items. We stay here every time we travel to Florida and it is consistently a pleasant stay.
