I booked this room for my son but he said it was clean and very nice!!

Staff was AMAZING. Super nice and helpful. HOWEVER, the cleanliness of the place was not at all what we expected. The entire inside of the place smelled like wet dog; the room smelled the same; the bathroom had cracking paint on the walls, poor craftsmanship of caulking; literally, so much rust all over the bathroom shower and sink. I'm convinced that a super 8 might be cleaner. There were ants... lots of them... trailing a path down the side of the bed... def won't be staying here again. If it weren't for the staff being so nice and friendly, I would have given the place an overall 1-star rating.

Room and bed was comfortable, but cockroaches were found in the room. Tried to inform the desk clerk at checkout, but he couldn't be bothered and was fixated on his phone. Won't be back.

It wasn’t clean. The shower was terribly slick, and dirty. Slipped multiple times, luckily no injuries. They have what appears to be an anti slip mat in the shower, but it is still slick. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was a hot 79° when we got in there. Took hours and hours to finally cool down. Other guests were incredibly loud all night into the morning. Did not match the pictures shown before booking *at all.* Wouldn’t stay here again. The experience was so bad that I couldn’t even bring myself to ask for my money back, because I was so ready to get out of there.

This place was scary. It was old and smelled old and musty.

The room was okay. The refrigerator was not that cold. Breakfast was just okay. They had just a handful of tea bags. It was so disorganized. There was a few things that bothered us, but I’m not going to get into them. We only stay there on our way back to South Florida.

Very spacious and clean room. largest 2 Queen room we have had in a long time . plenty of space for family of 4 travelers for an overnight rest.

The staff is so friendly, clean rooms, the inside and outside of the property is so nice and clean. Breakfast was the best! Will definitely book again at this location!!

Staff was very friendly, rooms were decently cleaned, parking was easy, and breakfast bar area was very neat and stocked

This establishment was not maintained adequately, and an unpleasant odor was present in the room. It is highly recommended that they upgrade the hotel; such improvements would be beneficial, especially considering its convenient walking distance to various attractions. The staff are courteous; however, this is the sole positive aspect of the establishment.

Room was clean but microwave needed replaced, no cups, no coffee maker etc. Loved the laminate floors. Furniture could use upgrading and lamps.
