Easy access from i75 The manager asked me to pay a deposit in cash because I had booked a non-smoking room. He also seemed worried that my 2 children (5 and 9) would damage the room. Very unpleasant interaction and completely inappropriate.

The rate I had to go to the front desk twice. Once because the room key didn't work and once because the TV remote didn't work. No coffee maker. There is no outlet near the bed to charge the phone. I had to put down a towel under the door because gap was so big anything could have crawled under.

at 9:30 the room was really hot and took hours to cool down making sleep difficult. Other than that room was adequate for a place to stay while on a road trip not meant for vacation purposes.
