The front office clerk gave us a room right next to the side entrance of the hotel. She also had asked me on what floor I want the room. I appreciated that very much.

The staff was amazing from the front desk to housekeeping, always friendly and professional. I have to single out Meeka at the lobby bar. She was exceptional. She even remembered me from my previous trip and she was so lovely to our family. I highly recommend staying here.

Put us in a room with unmade bed and no towels. Had not been cleaned. Homeless man sleeping outside under the awning. Not worth the value. At all. Felt like a motel 6 Above
