The customer service was terrible, communication was rude, and nobody seemed willing to help resolve the issue. Instead of finding a solution, they make guests feel like they’re the problem. The entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and honestly ruined the stay before it even began. The management lacks professionalism, transparency, and basic hospitality standards. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else unless you want unexpected charges and a major headache. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.

it's not a 'hotel' it's a motel and I am unsure how they can even call it a motel since they have people living there. There is broken down cars in the parking lot, people selling drugs and it's in a shady part of the neighborhood. There is all types of people going in and out, your car is not safe, it's very, very, very dirty inside and out. it's very nosy too. No where to park and many people are just living there so there is trash everywhere.
