Clean though dated… no blowdryer

A manager named alfie really helped me out and worked with me great manager and great staff

I did NOT like my room but when I asked to switch the staff had no issue with it and the room they moved me to was GREAT. I liked the property too. It was unique and filled with rose bushes and plants that were well taken care of. It's right next to the freeway but there was no noise i could hear and the property seemed very safe when I was there and it was quiet at night outside. Staff were cool and they had plastic forks and spoons when I asked. There was also coffee in the room and our coffee maker was clean. I would stay here again no problem.

OK, not great, not terrible.

Well, I’ll tell you what me and the Mrs We were thinking it wasn’t gonna be too good you know with it being a budget motel, but it was day gone good. Well shoe the only thing I could think that I didn’t like about the property is the fact that they didn’t have too many trash cans for us to get rid of our cigarette butts and what not. Didn’t even have a single day on ashtray.

Location House cleaning

The desk clerk was very nice. The swimming pool has been filled and beautiful rose trees have been planted, so they created a nice courtyard. Super easy access! The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room was very small, so the (round) table they put in the room was almost in bed with us. The location felt somewhat unsafe. However, there is only one entrance/exit open and cameras are on that so, that is good. The bathroom fan makes a little noise but doesn't work.

Quiet clean I had television control challenges

I loved everything about this Hotel. It was also the quietest hotel that I have ever stayed at in my life, and that is saying something ! I had a full sized refrigerator, and a nice bathtub, which is something that I require. The room smelled so clean when I arrived. The grounds need a mention also. They were beautifully landscaped, with mosaics and fountains, and the pool was filled in with three topiary- ed rose bushes and grass, with a fence around it. (It is) Lovely to look at and to enjoy from my second story room. So quiet next to I80 ! I did not expect that. All of the amenities worked as they were supposed to. I will return to this place. I was a bit suspect of the neighborhood, but it was actually OK. I can be sort of paranoid after living in West Oakland in the ’90’s - during the crack epidemic, caused by George Bush the First.

There was cockroaches in the bathroom at night And carpets must be cleaned

The AC was not only noisy but also very erratic, so we had to choose to be hot in order to sleep. The towels were so rough and basic that they were a body scrub thrown in for free. Please get better towels. No hairdryer. A small fix that helps.

Convenient. Lovely courtyard. Professional staff. Great lighting in rooms. Sketchy neighboring properties. Sagging beds.

Its close to the freeway, but there is no freeway noise. The rooms are always clean and the people who work there are the best. Afie does alot to make sure every guest is happy. Hes spends a lot of time listening to people, travelers are sometimes tired and cranky, he will listen and smile and make sure they do everything they can to brighten someone's day a little. The housekeeping staff is great. At Motel 7 if you need something, all you have to do is ask. Marta is one of the housekeepers, she does a lot to keep everyone happy. They so friendly and nice. They truely want guests to be happy. Its nice a nice environment, they have nice plants and fountains. Between the staff and how nice they keep the property this is a safe nice place. Nothing bad to say

Large room and bed. Very comfortable and clean. The location is hard to get to with navigation

The gentleman at the front desk was the only thing appealing about this property. Do not list this property for other people to book. It is full of nasty disgusting people. It's like they take Hotel vouchers. Down the street there were about a dozen campers parked were homeless people were living. This is a very depressed area and does not look good for booking.com to present this property.
