Incredibly dirty and poorly maintained. Left halfway through the stay to find cleaner accommodations elsewhere.

Check-In was quick, our room was clean, breakfast was good. My only complaints are the elevator ding was heard all night from our room, and the ice machine was out on the first floor but we didn't know that before heading downstairs. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Needs some serious painting and repair in the lobby. Elevator was filthy. Rooms were pleasant and beds were comfortable.

Nothing against the hotel, but some guest was screaming obscenities all night long and was slamming doors. We were unable to sleep at all. Definitely ruined my vacation plans!

One room, keys didnt work. 2nd room, hallway door didnt lock. Bathroom door didnt close. Hairdryer didnt work. Gave us a 3rd floor room with a bathtub as an accesible room. Disappointing for a Best Western.

First room we were given had a musty smell, the A/C didn’t work and a previous occupant left personal underwear that the cleaning crew did not find. Our second room was better; however, the paint was peeling on the bathroom ceiling, and there was no coffee pot in the room.

First time here super friendly, clean, good breakfast, good service. Worth staying

Breakfast was pretty good. However, there was mildew in the bathtub/shower and the valve did not work well to direct water up for the shower. The TV was constantly pixilating.

Great place to stay,pretty good breakfast. Lots of things around,Applebee's next door. Very quiet, clean ,and friendly staff. Well stay at again when I'm in town.

No hand soap for bathroom had to use body wash from shower to wash hands. Rooms in 2nd and 3rd floor seemed to have been updated, room on first floor was in need of updating. Restaurants close and close to university.
