Very old, and not so clean

We did not book an exterior room and they cost more!

Do not go to this location. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was nice and that’s quite literally the only positive for this stay. The lobby seemed like it didn’t have any air, it was hotter in there than it was outside, in the middle of June. There were tons of boxes stacked in the hallway to the elevator so it just looked messy/unorganized. The room was pretty bad. The headboard and desk chair looked dirty. One of the backings to the shower door handle was sitting on the soap holder inside the shower. The caulk around the toilet was disgusting. The air filter to the AC was in backwards and was sticking out about two inches. The desk lamp didn’t work. The bed was quite firm and uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible, small, firm, and uncomfortable. Ended up buying pillows and a blanket at Walmart. On top of everything, there was a shooting the first night we were there. We paid $290 for two nights and it was not worth even half that. Will never stay at another Best Western again after this experience.

Took 40 mins to check in and there was garbage all over the lobby floors

The service was terrible. When checking in there was only one staff member and there was a line. There was also a misunderstanding with my reservation as I had booked 3 rooms but staff could only find 1. The bedsheets were not clean and when I tried calling the lobby to complain no one was answering.

Soon after we checked into Hotel and the room (around 08:00 pm) I noticed that the carpet had some stain and was sticky around the area towards the entrance of the first bed. I went down to the reception and informed the issue. One of the staff immediately came and did a shampooing of the area and got it cleaned. As mentioned earlier we stayed for two nights . After the first nights stay and before we had gone out we placed the Hotel note on the door handle requesting the room to be cleaned. Unfortunately when we returned back pretty late on the second night the room was not done as had been requested. We informed the night receptionist about the issue who offered help to housekeep and gave us a few hand towels. It was too late in the night and we were all tired so did not take up the offer. In regard to the towels we respected the notice in the washroom that read “To save our planet request using the same towels unless it was clean to do so” hence we only requested a change of the hand towels. In the morning of the second day for the complementary break fast (which was good) the sausages ran out however pantry staff provided bacon although this took sometime! Please note the supply of sausages and bacon was limited. Overall the stay was okay and could have been better!

I don’t recommend this property. Very run down, dirty floors, toilet was detached and rocked, air conditioning in common areas couldn’t keep up, people sitting on benches right next to front door smoking 24:7 and it was in the lobby every time we entered. Not family friendly!

Room was big breakfast was good check in and out was easy. I have relatives that live in area and most of the time there company stays here.

Property is in need of updates. Bed was uncomfortable, air conditioner not working in lobby - couldn’t even think of eating breakfast - way too hot in there. Check in staff was friendly, but seemed new and not very quick at checking in. Probably would not stay here again.

Nice quote room. Clean and modern.

The facility looked to be well-maintained. Interaction with the staff was very professional and everyone acknowledged me even as I was walking by. I’m figuring that all the windows on my side of the building did not have room darkening curtains. I was in room #310. Darkened curtains would be nice. Need to add some different selections of food such as biscuits and sausage gravy. What was there was tasty.

The shower soap dish was broken bad had several sharp edges. Anybody brushing up against it or falling against it would have suffered severe injury.

The front doors were broken and kept opening/closing randomly. The fire alarm went off and we exited it was smoke in the kitchen. However, it left the elevators unusable for several hours. We had guests that could not climb stairs very well. I do not believe it’s a staff issue more a facility in need up several upgrades.

Nice hotel

When I checked into my room I was getting ready to take a shower and noticed that I had forgotten my shampoo/conditioner. There were 2 complimentary shampoo bottles in the bath but no conditioner. I called the front desk and asked if they had any and the front desk attendant brought 2 bottles of conditioner right up to my room! Great service!!!

Ice machine on third floor was a little strange.
