Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms at very reasonable prices. Helpful and courteous staff. Full breakfast is a nice and money saving bonus. A short drive or taxi/Uber ride from the VU campus. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was good. I was disappointed that there was not a hair dryer in the room. For once I did not bring one because there has always been one anywhere I have stayed.

Location easy to find. Next to restaurants. Not far away from downtown. The bathroom was very clean, clean towels and sheets. Breakfast was good. Property needs updates walls in hallways and rooms repainted, carpet needed a good clean, rooms were ok cleaned, floors could be vacuumed better. The toilet seat was moving, needs the bolts need to be tighter, the sheets and mattress cover on one bed were placed upside down. The mini-fridge had a strange smell.

It was old and run down, it smelled bad, the furniture was outdated and the location was not good! The staff was friendly and helpful! I did not stay here after I arrived at the location. I went inside observed the facility stood in line when it was my turn I canceled my reservation! I refuse to stay at a sub standard hotel. The hotel is over due for a renovation or a demolition! Old everything about this hotel was outdated, smelled like mildew! I used the lobby restroom all the fixtures were rusted you couldn’t even see yourself in the mirror! There were missing tiles on the walls the ones that were in place were dirty! Overall the bathroom was filthy!

Clean, comfortable. Black out blinds and usb ports. The only thing I would say is you can hear everything. The beeping elevator, the loud doors and every step down the hallway.

Just not a very good overall experience. Staff seems disinterested and room wasn't great. Water on floor, light out in bathroom, not enough towels, and sink was clogged.

Good price. Mattress was comfortable but pillows were not great. The room was spacious. Lots of plugs and plug variety for charging devices. Good breakfast. Light switch plates were filthy. I wiped down with a wash cloth. Elevator beeps loudly at every floor. We could hear it in our room even though we were 5 rooms away.
