old facility, ground floor room lacks of the privacy, my room was assigned to the common bathroom and fitness room.

Sprained my ankle and the desk staff Stacy went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Even ran home after her shift to bring me a compression sleeve she had! She deserves to be employee of the month.

Front lobby was clean and looks more updated. Staff was great, breakfast was great, pool was great. Rooms really really needed updating.

Great place to stay. The staff was very friendly, it retains a castle vibe that we really loved and the breakfast was delicious!

Kinda old, but the staff were super nice. Short stay, breakfast was the usual.

Had a suboptimal breakfast experience. The frozen eggs didn't get heated all the way through. The waffle maker is always a plus. The front desk worker when we checked in and out was great, but it was unattended late at night when we needed help.

The best way to describe this place is the word fine. It's nothing spectacular it's just fine. The property is in a good location.

Older hotel but clean and comfortable. Little musty of a smell. Front desk woman was not friendly and made us feel bad for asking for our complimentary wine bottle. She did not give it to us and said it would mess up her inventory lol but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless we will choose somewhere different for next months trip.
