Nice clean facility. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Was shopping with kids for back to school and they were hoping for a swim and the pool was shut down early and they were not able to go swimming. Glad they were keeping it clean just wish it wasn’t closed so early.

We stayed in several days and beds never made nor waste basket emptied. Not a big deal but unexpected
-
Family friendly location. Stores nearby. Quick highway access.

You can't connect any console devices to the TV without turning off the main light. It cuts off power to the outlets needed to plug said devices into. Also the pool was closed down for two of the days. I bring my son just to take him swimming and that was missed opportunities for him.

Clean Room 322…. Ice machine was adjacent to our wall. 6:30am people filling their coolers with ice. Impossible to sleep.

Most things here were great. Staff was nice, everything was pretty clean, they offered a really nice breakfast, solid stuff. I can only really say 2 bad things about it. One was that there were some stains in the room when we got in there, looks to have been either dirt or mud that they couldn't get out. Not a huge deal. The other one being when I asked where to fill up a bottle of water, they pointed me to the gym room in the basement. This hotel is located next to the Dunes in Inidana, a hiking and national park destination. Maybe the tap water was safe to drink, but that's always kinda iffy, meaning whenever you want to get water you have to trek downstairs to a random room to get some. It's not the worst thing ever, and luckily I brought some extra water bottles, but this could have and should have been better thought out.

Nothing The room was not really appropriate for a person with a walking disability. The floor of the bathroom was as slippery as ice and I almost fell . Noisy location.

A personal item went missing from our room after housekeeping had been in. I reported it to the front desk immediately, expecting at least some concern or an attempt to investigate the situation. Instead, I felt dismissed. There was little communication, no follow-up, and no effort to help locate the missing item or explain what steps would be taken. I understand that hotels cannot always be responsible for every lost item, but customer service matters. A little empathy, communication, and willingness to investigate would have gone a long way. As someone who has stayed with this hotel brand many times, this experience was very disappointing and not representative of the level of service I have come to expect. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both housekeeping standards and the way guest concerns are handled in the future.

Overall cleanliness and stay was fine. I would have given 5 stars, but the bathroom shower had hair on the walls, the continental breakfast was pretty scarce...and I don't know if they are just shorthanded with regards to someone who takes care of the outdoor grounds? There are 4 large flower pots at the entrance with nothing but cigarette butts in them...and the filth in the lobby floors that was dragged through just sat there all morning without someone at least coming to sweep and mop. The front desk girl just seemed not interested in having anyone take care of it and it was right in front of her. I would stay again, but just sharing that maybe management should try to address the issues. First impressions when folks walk in and out are important. Oh and no trash cans outside at the entrance either was kind of odd.

Clean room, comfortable. Couldn’t reach front desk to get bedding for pull out couch, so I had walk /elevator down to get bedding .

Room was clean and parking was convenient. Breakfast was good
-
Nice pillows and sheets, front desk was nice I wish hotels would clean the showers, and the same pile of trash from someone’s breakfast was on a table for 24 hours

There were problems with erroneous charges posted to our room which were cleared up when I called customer service.
