Clean room, comfortable. Couldn’t reach front desk to get bedding for pull out couch, so I had walk /elevator down to get bedding .

Quick stay, but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Suited our purposes for a short stay. Room was fine, though bathrooms are dated and there were some questionable hairs on the walls and ceiling. Wifi, ice machine, and air conditioning all worked well. Breakfast included was plentiful and had a good selection, and location was convenient with lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, diligent, and solved things quickly. Coffee machines were a life saver. Room was clean, and definitely as advertised. The driveway was hard to find because of bush overgrowth. The breakfast was rather unfortunate. The split air system in the room was sleep-disturbingly loud. Made the stay feel cheap. Paper thin walls that shook when doors closed took me by surprise.

There could also be a comfortable chair with hand rails. There was a desk chair that should be replaced because it doesn't help a person to sit or stand with the help of side arms. Lastly, there was no directory in the room for instructions on how to use the TV, how to find certain channels, or how to arrange for a wake up call. It would be nice to hear back once these problems are addressed at this Valparaiso Holiday Inn Express. Otherwise, this is a nice place to stay.

The hotel was clean with a friendly staff. Parking was close and convenient. Breakfast was good and changed the hot selection between days.

Our beds had empty water bottles and a can of chewing tobacco left underneath from previous guests. When you get to your room, do a thorough check to make sure your room is fully cleaned.
