Had first floor room that must have been below a kitchen or service area of some type. It was a bit noisy up there. I'd stay in the hotel again but not in room 110.

Stayed there before and I'll stay there again. Very quiet location that is close to stupendous shopping and dining options. Best blackout curtains ever. Good breakfast. Coffee was excellent.

This is always a clean well kept property to stay in whenever I’m in Valparaiso I stay here twice per year and it’s always excellent!

I really like that when I checked in, it was very easy and they offered a bottle of water complementary. It may have been because it was September and warm outside, but the room was very damp. My clothes were damn the bed was damp. It was very hard to manage the temperature in room under the circumstances.

Their website states they have cribs available. They do not! I was very upset. They offered to pay for a crib but I ask for the room to be free and they agreed.

The only disappointing thing was I asked for one bottle of water for my husband's cpap and was told I could purchase one from their market. We were staying at this hotel because my power was out due to the derecho in Portage.

I left each day at 4AM so no breakfast. The price was too expensive. The phone in the room did not work and I advised the front desk twice of the problem.

Not impressed. We stayed three nights. Every night we had to go ask for towels for the pool, they were never restocked. The first day they came in and changed out trash and took dirty towels but didn’t bring clean towels or more toilet paper. The second day my son’s bedsheets needed to be changed. My husband tipped the housekeeper $5 and asked her to make the bed and all she did was give him clean sheets. She didn’t make the bed, take out trash, or take dirty towels. Nothing was done. Very disappointed for the price we paid.
