The hotel was a perfect location near the hospital. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was helpful in getting us checked in and settled. We will definitely be staying there again!

The staff membwr at check in was nice. We did not have the breakfast or use the amenities, so we can't speak to those. This however is a very noisy hotel. The biggest parking lot is the back is right under the windows and it was very loud. You could hear every car, doors slamming, motorcycles, etc. Then the elevator noise started. You could hear the elevator whooshing between floors and it started at 3am and went non-stop until after 10am. Luckily the AC unit in our room helped drown out some of the noise. The AC unit in the front room of the suite was broken and there was a bucket underneath to catch the drips and the inside of the closet was torn open so they could fix it. We weren't able to hang anything up and it just looked bad. The coffee and tea was full, but the stir stick packet had been opened and no stir sticks. Yuck. Also the toilet paper holder was so far away we couldn't reach it so we had to take the roll off and leave it on the back of the comode. The soap holder was also so far away from the sink that it was inconvenient and messy. We stayed because we checked in late and it was a long day. But we will not stay here again.

Keys would not work on the door Had to get the manager or a cleaning person to open our door every time we needed in Darkening shade on window would not pull down so when it got dark you could see in our room

nice property clean safe quiet location…. however NO IN ROOM COFFEE messes up my rhythm…. its kind of a deal breaker for me

The staff helped me move rooms to get a quiet room. Very kind and helpful, so thank you very much. The first room was above a vent that was pretty loud.
