the staff were wonderful

They ran out of breakfast on our first day. Our kids were super excited to grab breakfast and they had run out. That’s just awful management.

I love the size of the room, the breakfast was hit or miss, kinda weird and off putting having cut up hotdogs for breakfast. The pool could have bee. Better, water was freezing with either the heading system off or down. Otherwise a fantastic trip

Clean room, friendly staff,

It felt very clean but the hotel has not aged well. The bolts to the toilet seat were missing & it felt like it was going to come off, parts of the molding were gone, including around the door which made me feel unsafe, stains on the bathroom floor, the office chair was peeling with most of the fake leather gone. We were really surprised how rough it looked since it said it had been updated not too long ago. Staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, & AC worked.

Room was amazing and huge. The draw back kids above us so you could hear them running in the room. Lucky it was only in the daytime hours and not at night. Breakfast was ok egg patties with tater tots and sausage. Muffin bagels oatmeal and plenty of coffee. Was really close to cascade amphitheater 8 minute drive. Which was convenient for the concert we saw. Fred meyers is close along with many restaurants. Great little place.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice clean hotel. Little noisy from the highway but otherwise very good.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean - it looked like an older property with the bathtub, fixtures & carpet. The breakfast was actual food: eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy plus cereal & breads to toast. There were PLENTY of towels.

Floors were dirty and sticky to the touch. Expected much more from Wyndham resort property. This property does need a remodel

Our bed was so uncomfortable and was way too soft. We were rushed out of the room right at 11am with no grace. The hand soap was completely empty. It was a really frustrating stay

Hotel is nice. Great location. Unfortunately we had ants in our room. Breakfast was ok. They kept running out of coffee and food and there was a long wait.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious but the parking was a little tight. But all in all it was good because it was easy off and on the freeways.

Stayed there for 2 days was over all nice but could definitely smell the weed in the hallways. Homeless around there is pretty scratchy at night

Broken light in my room and the bathroom was not cleaned well. Found what looked like poop smear in a few places. Only given apologies

Great stay

The staff was pleasant and the room was quiet and clean. The room has been poorly repaired over the years and is showing its age. The ice machine was out of order. It was an ok stay but I wouldn’t do it again.

The check-in process was good and quick. Once I got to the room, it was really hot in there because the AC was off... On a day when we were over 90 degrees and going through a heat wave. It took over an hour for the room to cool down after I turned the AC on. The room itself was spacious and had everything you'd expect from a La Quinta - desk to work from, two queen beds, coffee maker, and so on. The bath tub did pool water quite a bit which was gross..and I noticed the next morning that there was still some water in there from my ten minute shower almost 24 hours prior. Apart from those few issues, the room was fine. No loud noises; staff was friendly, spacious rooms.
