Very poor

Room was clean and updated nicely, lock on the door was broken, so was the coffee pot. The continental breakfast lacked. Not even a microwave for the frozen sandwich unless you take it back to your room. We paid for the room upon the time we booked, when we checked in had to pay another $150 for a deposit. The shower head was difficult and lacked pressure tsame with the sink the cold water did not run well..Quiet stay, staff was friendly and helpful when requested.

Staff was excellent very helpful offered food even at checkout before 5am. would stay again.

Convenient for what we were doing. 1. Beds were hard, uncomfortable 2. The continental breakfast consisted of a frozen breakfast sandwich and an expired by 2 weeks yogurt. 3. The door to get in the building was to heavy, the hydraulic needs replacing. 4. The table and chairs in the room were totally unsittable. 5. We had no water pressure in the shower.

check in was easy and staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, location was good as we went to a concert at the cascade amphitheater. The separate buildings were a little confusing. The hallways were a little grungy, mainly carpet looked old. Maybe some remodeling would make it look a little better.

Location . Restaurants and gas station next to property. It’s an older property so was glad to see tile floor instead of old carpet. Bathroom and room was clean. Garbage can was emptied the next morning. Checked in and garbage can close to our room was over flowing. They need shear curtains so you can open regular curtains and not everyone seeing into room. The hotel was not busy so don’t book people on second floor above room on bottom floor. We heard people walking around above us. To late to change room.

It was so dirty and so disgusting. I did not take my shoes off and around like I tried to take a shower. Do not stay here. The only highlight is Tina on the front desk because she was friendly.

The staff was friendly and the beds were good enough The hotel felt very outdated with its design and could use not only clean up but remodeling of its facilities

SPACIOUS CLEAN ROOMS, STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, CHECK OUT TIME IS ACTUALLY 11AM NOT 12PM AS LISTED ON HERE, "BREAKFAST" WAS ACTUALLY JUST SOME FRUITS AND JUICE , YOGURT AND OTHER FROZEN THINGS YOU COULD GRAB AND TAKE TO YOUR ROOM SO THAT WAS NOT THE BEST BUT OTHER THAN THE BREAKFAST SITUATION IT WAS PRETTY GOOD.

No shower curtain, very low shower volume, TV did not work

The room was very clean and spacious, but the breakfast and service were just average.

Location Front desk rude it was dirty and gross had to go back to get a key that worked 4 times and then back to get another that worked for the pool
