I liked how close it was to the venue for our concert and the quick food options. Check-in staff were amazing! Had to ask for clean sheets around 12:00am. Due to the pullout couch folded up with previous guests used sheets and blanket. The late-night staff had that to our room in 15 mins, then the king bed had shit stains on it…..I ended up sleeping on top of the blankets in a hoodie and sweats cause it was already so late that I didn’t have the energy to do anything else about it.

Staff was nice. They had roaches so I left all my bags in the car. Didn’t want to bring bags in. Plus the people next door to me were loud all night going in and out.

When I walked into the lobby the smell of smoke was so strong. I asked about the “free breakfast” and was told it was a frozen sandwich I had it microwave - my child is gluten free and can’t eat that and the breakfast was one of the reasons we chose the location.. The beverage machine where we filled our water bottles had slimy orange stuff in the catch bin underneath where there was standing water and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very, very long time. The slimy orange juice that had dripped down and again never been clean so it turned into this gross gel substance. It was very late and we were on our way home from Oregon and we’re looking for a stop halfway back to our home in Washington. I should’ve just left then, but we were very tired. In the room-sheets had holes and stains, floor had visible crumbs and dirt and dust collected on popcorn ceiling, furniture and all trim not maintained. My child immediately started sneezing – he has allergies and it was clear the room and mold / mildew. After spending less than 10 min in the room, I knew this was not going to be a place that we could sleep healthy and I made a decision for my child sake and for my own to leave, I have stayed at many red lions and have never stayed at one that had such poor quality. Hotel lied and said we stayed and denied refund.

Its definitely an older red lion hotel. There were a womens personal belongings thrown around outside one of the doors. There was graffiti and trash around different areas outside of the building. The staff was very rude. The staff wont give you any extra pillows or blankets. I will never stay at this red lion again. My mother is disabled and the staff gave us nothing but problems about parking and the extra pillows we requested. The pictures are very deceiving. They seem nice and well. However, the sheets and blankets have tears in them. The tv in our first room didnt work. We got moved to another room. The picture in the 2nd room was written on all over on the back side. I think they need new staff and also staff that speak English!

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I will stay again.

The staff was super helpful and nice. Our room was great. I was surprised that the ice machine was located in another building but it was not a deal breaker. overall it was a good stay.

This place is very dated and kinda rundown.

Great location Bed sucked, couldn't run the microwave cause it popped the breaker. Shower was really bad. The handle was a literal screw and the water pressure was so poor.

Close to everything even the Cascade Amphitheater for the Motley Crue concert. 🤘😤🤘

Night shift receptionist (unfortunately don’t remember her name) was excellent. Location was decent and had a great overall stay.

I liked the quiet, the fact that the door to the outside hallway remained locked. I think the neighborhood was fine but there are some businesses around that might have produced some drunk people so I knew they just couldn't walk in. The refrigerator produced a high frequency noise when its motor was engaged. This was annoying but I tolerated it eventually. I did not like the fact the whirlpool was down or... broken. I don't believe it was advertised but if I am going to use an amenity at a hotel, that is typically the thing I would use.
