Upon check-in, Filthy room. Sand in the bed where the head and feet go, a lot of hair in shower. They did send someone to change the sheets, decided we couldn't stay there; neither should you!

The beds were comfy. It was guiet. The facility was dirty. The daily housekeeping was very poor, never sweeping or wiping the floors.

My room was on the second floor and had two queen beds. It was clean and was equipped with a microwave oven and a mini fridge. The hotel also had an ice machine that worked very well. The pool was clean and enjoyable. I like this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I don't think the room was cleaned at all before it was given to me. There was hair in the shower, hair on the sheets, a cup left on the floor and a band-aid. It was pretty disgusting.

There were blood boogers on the shower wall. The microwave did not work. The TV remote control cannot be accessed because it needs a screwdriver for Batteries which were dead. Then I was photographed and followed around while checking out. I would not recommend this place

Everything horrible.Broken windows lock, dirty rooms, rooms smelling terrible, air not cooling, beds hard as a rock.

This is an amazing affordable cute little motel right in the heart of a great section in Venice, and right on the border of Englewood.. great restaurants and shops around too . Whenever I'm in the area doing out of town installations, this is my go-to motel!

No I wasn't told about it ? To be told about things they didn't know about the booking or it was paid for 1 week lost it was hard I showed them 3 different people the email and the bank records very hard to get into the room and no one understood what was going on ?

Did like view of the roof when got the room plus we had no cold air in room sill after they fix it. !!

Overall, the accommodations did not meet expectations based on the description and photos. I hope the management addresses the cleanliness and maintenance issues so future guests have a better experience.

Bed sheet and cover had a few yellow spots look like urine spots . However, service changed room for me .
