rooms were relatively clean. Building is quite old and in need of a lot of repair. This is not a premier motel by any means, but, you get what you pay for. I would not stay there again.

It is a quiet but needs to be updated the bathroom did not have a fan or any ventilation the furniture and beds had issues the location is good you are near the beach but it not really walkable but a short bike ride the little bistro was good and a local favorite but it doesn't stay open very late they close at 2 every day it does have a nice pool and court yard

So the owner/ front office operator was extremely nice.Check in was quick and easy. Location was close to stores and downtown area.The room was very basic, although the larger fridge was really helpful.Our a/c worked very well in our room, 111, but another traveler said the a/c in their room did not.The electric outlets in our room was TERRIBLE!Although the fridge, microwave and hair dryer in bathroom all stayed on&didnt seem to have an issue, two of my multi-plug phone chargers ended up not working within 2 days of having them plugged into a "surge protector" type multi outlet that was plugged directly into a wall outlet under one of the Queen beds&positioned next to that queen bed but between both beds attached somehow to the wall. My chargers seemed to work the first night with all phones charging but over the 2nd night my husbands phone didnt charge then by the 3rd night we werent able to charge more than 1 device at a time because we only had 1 singular phone charger working&even that was not good by the 4th night. I had to unplug it from that multi outlet,unplug the hairdryer&plug the singular device charger into that outlet so that my daughter's phone would be charged for the plane ride home.So we threw away 2 multi-type multi-device chargers away because they "blew out" & stopped working. The owners need to either upgrade the electric in the rooms or use better multi-outlet surge protectors. It feels like that electric is a serious fire hazard with each day.

The main perk of the hotel is the location. Unfortunately, that is not going to be enough to bring us back again.

Pool was clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. Daily housekeeping a blessing.

Very clean and comfortable. Has a washer and dryer available to use with pool few steps away. Could use a renovation, some love and tlc could go along way. The bathroom, window and shower very outdated.

The air conditioner kept the room comfortable. Where do I start....The door to the room had a handle that was very loose, a very swollen door so it was hard to close and lock. The refrigerator portion of the fridge didn't work(manager not concerned), many cracks and holes in the walls, bathroom was sweltering hot with no exhaust fan or a window that would open. There was NO COLD WATER so the shower after a hot day was so hot that you couldn't even stand under the water. Im sure it could have caused burns. The manager said it was a "heating issue" and could use the pool shower (not in a private area) so they were no help. The pool area was ok but the water was the temperature of bath water. The chairs in the bedroom were in desperate need of a shampoo. Overall, this is a NEVER AGAIN place to stay.

Great spot to stay near Venice beaches. The beds were not that comfortable but everything else was great. Nice pool and cool layout.

Budget friendly, great location, clean room.

Front desk attendant was nice and pleasant. Location was acceptable for what I needed to do while staying. Didn't stay. Wife booked another location while I was trying to check in and take a look at our actual room to see if it was what was advertised online.

We loved everything about the room. It had plenty of space for our family of 6. The sofa bed was definitely a hit. The kids like their own space. The pool was also great; being heated. We hated we only got to stay one night.

Shows it's age in some parts, but overall a clean experience. Lovely room and private patio door to secluded pool for guests.

IT WAS CUTE QUIET AND CLEAN AND WE LOVED THE POOL. THE STAFF RUNING THE PLACE WAS KIND AND ATTENTIVE. I WILL DEFANITLY COME BACK. THEY CLEANING PEOPLE DIDNT WAIT FOR US TO LEAVE WHEN THEY CAME INTO CLEAN. I FELT RUSHED OUT ALIL BIT AND THEY FORGOT TO LOCK THE DOOR TO THE COURTYARD.

Do NOT stay here. This hotel is infested with roaches and bugs. I had to go back home an hour and a half away on the first night because I wasn’t going to have my small kids in such an unsanitary room. When I came back the next day to ask for my refund, the door of hotel was left wide open with some of my belongings in it and they had gone through all of my stuff and taken stuff from the fridge. I will admit, they returned my money but they are very unprofessional and the location is old, torn up and bug infested. I DO NOT recommend this place and will never return.

Excellent location for my needs. There is an assigned parking for your room which I really appreciated. The bathroom is a renovation because the motel is an oldie goldie! I had a room key which I liked because the room cards can be a royal pain when they don't work.
