Motel 6 Venice, FL

Was there a breakfast? I saw coffee but that isn't breakfast There were hairs on multiple towels. Long black hairs hanging from "linen" and all over shower and sink. There was also stains on the duvet. When talking to the lady at the front desk it was like it was typical and nothing out of the ordinary.

It wasn’t bad for the price and location, but I probably wouldn’t stay again. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the person I assume was the owner wasn’t nearly as welcoming or friendly.

Conveniently close to everything you need nothing not to like

It was basic. Soap/shampoo dispenser was not refilled, had to wait for it. Expedia quoted one price- got hit for more $ than expected. Cheap lousy breakfast.

We’ve stayed here before. Good value for what you get. The room fridge had leaked water on floor, I put towels down.

We had a great visit! Our room was comfortable and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool too.

The pool was closed in the heat of summer. They were not even actively servicing the pool so it could have been open.

Typical motel great price to just lay your head down for the night.

Great stay at a great price

The room smells like a smoking area.

Had to wait a bit to check in as the person on duty was elsewhere on the property. Signs say it’s a non smoking facility yet when we got to our room it reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room was quickly switched and the employee immediately went to the first room with what looked to be an ozonizer to rectify the problem. Room was very basic but everything worked, however it had a musty smell. When we returned in the evening we noticed some “questionable” guests in the pool area partying and smoking weed. Likely would not stay here again or recommend.
