Staff is wonderful! I had an issue with the first room they gave me so when I asked for another one, they gave me a new room as well as an upgrade. Great people working all over at this property. Good restaurants nearby as well. Will stay here again if in the area!

I had a suite. Everything was great but I was surprised that it had a "full" kitchen but no stove.

Property needs a lot of updates. Best thing about it was the pool. If the hotel was as nice as the pool it would be 5 star.

Staff was not Profesional in general.The breakfast was terrible, every day the same. I left the room at 9.20 am and when I returned at 4pm the room was not done. Went to the front desk to get towels and request to do my bed.It took more than 1 hour for someone to come by. I'm handicap they change my room when I arrive. The front desk did not gave me information of the breakfast hours. No info at all. I have stay in other Rsmadas hotel but this was a complete disappointment.Go some were else

We have been staying at the Venezia for years. When we lived in Venice our family and friends always stayed there when visiting. Not sure what has happened in the last few years, but it is not the same hotel. Our suite was filthy upon check in. Had not been dusted in quite awhile. It was late so I dusted with the hand towels and wiped down the surfaces after using my hand sanitizer to clean. On a good note, bed was comfy and linens were fresh. Would have been nice to know at check-in that housekeeping does not clean your room during your stay unless requested. It had always been done every two days. The hot tub was out of order for the first part of our stay and then barely worked for the rest of the time. The pool was filled with people eating and drinking in the pool (rules clearly posted that this was not permissible). One woman even poured out her drink in the pool! Many guests also smoking in pool area and in the pool (also not permitted). Staff either did not care or chose to be oblivious even when informed. I know that all hotels have bad days, but we were there for 5 days and it was the same every day. Not sure we will be back after this visit. Customer service used to be a cornerstone at this hotel, but we did not experience that this time. Please do better Venezia. We miss the hotel we used to know and love.

Hotel was great. However it is very difficult to find. The sign is very small and does not have the same name as a reservation.

Terrible experience. I selected this hotel for the amenities, pool, restaurant, and pool side bar. What I got was a pool that was 115 degrees (so much for a cool dip) and dirty, a bar that the bartender didn’t know what price to charge apparently because my bill was different every time or how to explain happy hour selections. The restaurant had a good breakfast but other food was over cooked or over priced. The card key system is so bad that i had to get my card recoded about every time i left the room. The shower water was either hot or almost hot no cool to compensate for the hot pool. Ice machines ran out of ice. I was staying here because my husband was doing a fishing trip which ment I had to wait for him or I would have left sooner. I did leave a day early and now I’m having issues getting my money refunded. I have start a dispute through my credit card company. I was very disappointed and will not return!

Had a good stay, staff was helpful, it was very busy when I was there. Hotel was more dated than I expected but the bed were great.

Room 143 needs some love and attention. Drapes torn, walls need painting, floor needs to be mopped, my feet were so dirty from walking on the floor.

A/c is not working properly, I can’t close the door because is not working, when I leave the key the staff she not said even good morning

Bar - the ad says "Restaurant" and "Bar," but there's no restaurant, and that's very bad. I drive 1,230 miles and know there's a restaurant. I won't be running around looking for food. I arrive and, come on, there's nothing. Why doesn't anyone check these ads? Five nights and no one asked if they wanted to take it, maybe refill the coffee or sugar, or clean up? No. It's unfair on the owner's part and they're lying to people.
