Entire place under construction, they are changing to a Best Western property. The swimming pool looked like something from a horror movie, covered with green slime. Entire property just a total mess.

The lady in the front desk was very helpful, breakfast was provided and the kitchenette was useful.

I booked online. The hotel is labeled best western. Its under construction doesn't look to be open at a distance. I drove by it 5 times. I called the number on hotel.com it was the wrong hotel. I go in no one was around for like 5 minutes after hotels.com didn't just cancel my reservation. Finally a man comes up I ask if the hotel is the hotel I booked because it doesn't match the photos at all. He says he updated the photos yesterday. That it doesn't matter that the hotel is labeled best western. I ask about if there is a poor he tells me to cancel and get out. He tell me I made a mistake and to cancel and to get out. So I leave. Hotels.com refused to give me a refund because he refused. I don't even think he had rooms to rent as the hotel was under heavy construction. This will be my last experience with hotels.com as after I explain that when I get kicked out of a hotel im not going back even if the manager tells them he will be NICE.

The hotel is under major construction and that affected the stay and cleanliness. The staff were nice, no complaints there.
-
They are remodeling and the pool was not in condition to use but other than that it was great
-
The sheets on the bed were torn and tattered. There was a stained mattress and box springs laying in front of the hotel for the two days that we were there.
-
Breakfast was simple.
-
It has an EV charger The property is run down in need of a renovation. The property has a very strong odor of stale cigarettes.

This is by far one of the best hotels in the area. The ac works great and there is no musty smell when turned on. The rooms are clean and recently renovated. The beds are comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast has a good selection. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. The only draw back is the pool is out of order at the moment but otherwise you can’t miss if you stay here.

Nothing The staff was rude. If you could get help it was indecent service

No pool. No gym. Breakfast mid

The front desk guy was nice. Basically everything, I think they should keep that place closed until it's fully renovated. I think our room had been renovated already but the kitchen area was gross and missing knobs, I had to plug in the TV box and it still didn't work. Something in the hall kept beeping. We honestly left that night and got another room, I got a really weird feeling and it was just myself and my 2 kids.

It was clean! Good breakfast! The fridge is loud when it turns on!!

We also appreciated the breakfast with hot waffles, eggs and sausage links, pastries, cereal, milk, juice and bagels. Decent variety pleased all of us. Pool was still out of commission due to renovations at the property.

Breakfast was terrible

It is a days travel from our home on route to brother's. I like the kitchenettes. Ibooked 9/2 Tues night on booking.com 2 beds for $113. I did not have wifi to prebook Sat night-desk said 175 same room. I got 1 bed 135. I dont like the hold up. Sunday breakfast had no eggs and husband disgusted.

The room was spacious and the pillows were better than expected. The breakfast was so bad it was insulting. Probably the cheapest hotel breakfast that ever qualified. The food was bad. The yogurt all expired that day (a few had turned), the meat was cheap meatballs (not breakfast food). My kids said the cereals were stale and old. We were joking with the other patrons about how it looked like they did the miminum possible to still qualify as a continental breakfast at the least possible expense.

The property is getting a nice face lift. Everyone was very accommodating and great to work with. Loved the stay.

Rooms were dirty, the tub was disgusting , where was a picture frame with broken glass

Nothing Everything. Filthy, no staff, light in the room would not turn off without me flipping a breaker switch, which also turned off all outlets. The front desk didn't seem to think it was a big deal and told me to just cover the light with something dark. The hotel was under construction and everything was filthy and not a house keeper in sight! The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in!
