Clean rooms and helpful staff

The room we had was not very big and the bed seemed to be a little smaller than my queen bed. The floors in the entryway and entry doors were dirty as well as the elevator walls. But the room was clean and fresh. The continental breakfast was good. The staff was very nice. The grounds were a bit unkempt and maybe because of the drought this year. Would I stay here again, sure it was nice enough.

Internet was difficult at first but everything else was wonderful. The staff was super helpful with tips.

Breakfast wasn't as good as our last stay there. A lot was empty and the staff was slow to refill. Last time we stayed the staff was on it!

A special shoutout to the maintenance guy. He was called to fix our tv. He arrived within 10 minutes. When he determined that he could not immediately fix it, he went to the front desk and got us assigned to another room immediately and brought us the keys! He was the greatest and nicest guy to work with! Another special shoutout to the person preparing the breakfasts. Breakfasts were great and the place was kept so clean! She was the sweetest person too!

The price for the rooms was great. The rooms seemed to be updated and the inside of the hotel seemed to be modernized also. The staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was good for what we needed which was just a place to lay our head. They have coffee in the lobby at all times which is nice. Depending on how you like you're water pressure, this shower is like a pressure washer which we love but kids maybe not. There was a bit of noise later on from both above us and next to us. The breakfast was not great, not ready on time, and multiple things were either missing or not working at the time of breakfast. The hot tub wasn't working for the few days we were there which we were looking forward to.

We were in a handicap room. Shower was horrible, the water rain clear across the bathroom. The hot tub was dirty when we went to see and we never went back. Breakfast was okay. Juice machine broken. It was noisy in the hallways, not a quiet place. Plenty of parking for our trailers.

Meh. Hot tub was broken, juice dispensers were broken, and the vending machine was broken. The pool was kind of cloudy and both my kids got an awful rash about 5 minutes from exiting. Wouldn't stay there again

Excellent place and good breakfasts, but the Wi-Fi could be easier to access.
