We arrived late in the evening after driving 10 hours, checked in, and our room had not been cleaned. There was hair in the shower drain, pubic hair on the shower seat (they gave us a handicapped room for some reason), and ketchup smeared on the nightstand. Questionable as to whether the sheets had been changed so not commenting on that. We called the front desk, who in turn contacted management. She immediately came down and changed the bed linens and cleaned the bathroom and tables. She was extremely apologetic and very nice.

Convenient location. Breakfast was a plus as we were unfamiliar with the area. Easy access to several beaches.

The mattress was so hard my hips were bruised from it.

Great hotel for the price. The hotel could definetly use some upgrades but overall no issues. The chairs at the pool def need to be replaced they are plastic so sitting out in the blazing sun was not an option. Unless you had several towels as the ones in the sun were so hot also the pool area was very hot with no shoes on. Other than that no issues. Toni at the desk is great and very helpful.

Room was very clean, breastfast was great and staff was very helpful. I forgot my phone charger and front desk staff charged my phone for me behind the counter.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Loved that the beverage station included cold water.

Recently remodeled. Definitely and older hotel but everything inside was redone. Nice room. Very clean. Reception was very warm and friendly man. Helpful in pointing us to restaurants etc.

I had asked if they had a room on the bottom floor close to the door because I am disabled and they accommodated me very well. As far as the room itself, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. It had black mold, pink mold, and dust. The floor hadn't been swept. It was just very shocking to say the least. I had to sleep there one night. In the morning, I had to be moved as they had to bring someone in to get rid of the black mold i had to move to a different room on the other side of the same floor next to the back door. The room was much better, (handicapped room) The employee at the front desk even helped to clean the room I was moving to with the cleaning person. No complaints about the room. The staff was wonderful. Everything else about the hotel was great.
