The room was even worse. It was a smoking room so I expected an odor, but not like that. I’ve never smelled anything like that. It was like being in a 1984 Civic that had one owner that chain smokes with the windows for 40 years. Floors were sticky, the overwhelming smell of mold, mildew, and wood rot could be smelled over the ashtray smell. Then… THE WIFI DIDNT WORK!!! No Television, No, internet. I had to use my phones Hotspot. They made me pay a $60 deposit after I’d already paid in full, but why? It was a trash hole.

The air conditioning and the ventilation system is not working properly to much moisture in room.

The pool and the location. The staff was not helpful with supplying towels. The floor was wet when we arrived to the room. Housekeeping never came to clean or switch out towels.

Although when I had got there ti the hotel room i had gotten , the bed was not made , but I didn't want to complain about it too much since it was already late at night , but it was still amazing . Thank you .
