    The property does not match the pictures online the quality is much much less the rooms are dirty the air conditioning doesn't work the refrigerator don't work there were holes in the walls the paint is coming off they were stains on the sheets from blood and what look like bed bugs and they were blood drops all over the bathroom as well as the bathtub was cracking and there were holes all over the walls and the bathroom oh yeah and the best part not one drop of soap in the entire place 10 out of 10 do not recommend

    No soap. Lights falling down from the ceiling. Disgusting property. My car got dented in the parking lot somehow?? The lady at check in was very nice so she gets a star. The other folks I talked to on the phone couldn't even find my reservation. Stay away.

    Let me begin, that my husband and I have traveled many times in the 20 years we go to florida and this was one of the worst places. Besides difficulty finding the room, lots of contractors and section 8 folks. The room was rough looking and smelled of mildew, due to unwashed shower curtain. No soap. TV changers werent working. One needed batteries, the other the sound was on the lowest and closed caption you had to use. All the smoke detectors were removed. Paint was missing on the walls and woodwork, rips in material of couch and chairs. We had to remove the one section of the shower curtain to put it in a bag bc it smelled so bad and sprayed the other part with lysol just to sleep there. We told front desk next morning and they seemed to writing down issues but NEVER GOT BACK TO US. Woman also at front desk looked annoyed when we asked for more towels. So when we checked out we again stated all the issues to yet another person but Never will stay at RED Roof again.

    Desk staff was friendly, but rooms are shabby. I was there for 5 weeks and they only cleaned the room twice, and that after asking multiple times. The stove and TV didn’t work - had to go in the office 5 different times over a week before they fixed them. Roaches all over kitchen, shower never got hot and the roof in the bathroom dripped constantly. It’s a real dump for $90+ a night. Would never stay there again.

    Unprofessional front desk clerk. Leo’s stalking cars running people information through NCIC database for no reason. Leo’s driving through parking lot with no lights on at all almost causing an accident. At 9:30 pm-10:30 pm this happened on 2/26/2026. All around poor experience. I should not receive a call asking who I pissed off due to fact my info was ran more than 10 times in the short span of 4 days. Do better.

    Shower had lots of pressure and plenty of hot water. Furniture was very uncomfortable. Floor needed to be cleaned better, couldn't walk in bare feet. Only one small trash can between the two rooms.

    This was by far the worst room I have ever been in. No hot water, shower curtain suspended by wire ties, no desk lamps,no coffee maker. Microwave had rusty sides. I really do feel that my money should be refunded. $140.00 for a room that was not even close to being up to Red Roof standards.

    The kitchenette/living room is a huge bonus. It is pet friendly but the $15 per night pet fee is very excessive for one pet, especially for long stays.

    They told me i had $100 deposit then charged $120 the room was nasty when i walked in. Had stuff like tooth floss tool stuck in the shower drain. The room smelled like cat pee and some other funky odor.

    -Nowhere were we told to check in at IHOP. No signage directing us A simple “office” sign on the actual units would be helpful. -No cribs for infants. One person I asked by phone did not know what I meant. Day One in hospitality perhaps? -Lots of potential and I bet staff works hard but…ironing board with no cover on it in room 1; in room 2 no iron. Bugs. (Need I say more?) Faucets that don’t work, A/C doesn’t work consistently, safety locks on door broken, arriving at midnight there were drugged out people wandering around and it didn’t feel safe; gaps under room door large enough to allow crawly things to enter; 2 night stay had no housekeeping after 1 night.

    I got the no smoke room me and my girlfriend don’t like the smell of cigarettes, but as soon as you step into the room you get hit with the stench. A panel for the tub was broken and the the restroom itself had a strong smell of weed. I called the staff and they claimed the cleaning crew didn’t report any smells. We later realized that the smoke from smokers gets into the AC and gets pushed into the rooms.

    We were guided by three different employees to pick different rooms and we move to all three and every time we moved to a room and another employee would say we couldn’t be in that room. It was a mess finally on the day that we were getting ready to check out one of the managers did not knock on the door. He just unlocked the door while my children Minor children were sleeping in their underwear and stormed right in. I told him he needs to get out of the way and knock on the door that we still had a half hour before we had to leave the property. They were extremely rude not helpful. I would not want to be there and I should be receiving some kind of refund on this property as well.

    There was a ton of space in the hotel perfect for a small family, very convenient area as well, loved the IHop attached to the office. Staff was friendly and helped the best they could. The pool was really nice and clean. Quiet area. Washer and Dryers were not available to use for hotel bookers, living room air conditioners weren’t working, i switched to another room and same issue. Water faucet issues with first room and maintenance never showed to work on.
