The staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a different menu each day. The pool is very large. I have been to several hotels in the area and this pool, by far, is the best. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Mean staff not helpful and she's a manager told my guest she couldn't get a new key after she went for a walk and nisstankly left her key

Hotel is in good shape and lots of rooms. Large property with a pool in the courtyard. Breakfast was very good. I stayed two days and both days there was a variety of freshly cooked foods. Not the typical hotel generic breakfast. The man running the breakfast is cooking the food and servicing the dining area as well as being friendly with guests. He is doing well at all three.

The rooms were clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast. We arrived after 8:00 so we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the pool. It closed as soon as we arrived. Staff said it close @8. Not sure if the pool information was correct but that’s what a staff member said to my husband.

The hotel charged my card before we even got to the hotel. When I asked why he said “oh it was just human error”. The room did have a sour mop smell to it. We just prayed perfume in air vents. The room was big and basic but nice. Front desk did tell us the were under new ownership or management. So I think they were doing upgrades on rooms. It wasn’t what I expected but for the money it was nice. We will return.

The first frustration was being told it would cost $25 per hour to check in early. We did not end up checking in early, but just hearing that rate was surprising and seemed excessive. I was also disappointed that I had to pay a pet fee for my emotional support animal. While I understand hotels have policies, it added to the overall frustration. We booked the honeymoon suite expecting a premium experience, but the jacuzzi tub was in poor condition. It didn't drain properly, and the liner had clearly been repaired incorrectly—the liner strip was peeling away, making the tub look worn and poorly maintained. Breakfast was another letdown. The hotel advertises a complimentary breakfast, but when we asked for cream cheese for the bagels, we were told they had run out. It may seem like a small detail, but basic breakfast items should be restocked. Overall, the room had potential, but the extra fees, maintenance issues, and lack of attention to simple amenities took away from what should have been an enjoyable stay. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Close to beach. 20 minutes drive, Breakfast was great Pool clean Premises clean Spacious rooms Very nice room Loved it It will be my place when go to the nearby beach

2 beds but no extra pillows for the second bed and had to go ask for linens for that bed. Pool was locked up and no one at the desk when I went to ask for it to be opened. Food at breakfast was not good and not much variety. They have a sign saying you can't take food to go either.

Our room was ordinary; could’ve used a sweeping and the clump of hair removed from the shower, otherwise it was clean. Breakfasts was nothing to boast about, mostly empty by 8 am. Eggs were over salted, sausage looked grey and cold, didn’t try the pool, but did see someone swimming in it the morning we left. I’ve stayed other places cheaper in the area that were cleaner. I was a bit disappointed.

Now for the not so great stuff. We got there an hour and a half early and they wanted $28 to check in early. There were six cars in the parking lot. 😒 The beautiful pool closes promptly at 8:00pm. It’s not dark. We have kids with us. It’s Florida. We are Floridians. We do not go to a pool until the sun is going down. This alone is why we probably won’t go back. The next morning we went to breakfast. The photos on the website make it look delicious. We had kids with us! No pancakes, waffles or French toast! Total letdown for the kids. I know this will not change the way they do business, but at least you will be informed before you book.
