The girl at the front desk( black girl) and the food lady were amazing!!! But the housekeeper was very confrontional when I told her the room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty mirror had drips all over. The bedside table was extremely dirty.. She was very rude. I was thankful that the front desk girl was present to see how she spoke to me. Also there wasn't any towels I had to wait until night time to receive fresh towels. This has been my first bad experience at a holiday inn express! Our bathroom didn't have working exhaust. There was a huge hole behind the fridge which only froze anything you put in there. And the BEDS oh my god how horrible. They all sunk in. Just plan horrible..

The place is very nice. I liked it but the remote control for the TV you couldn’t change channels. Can you believe it so they brought another remote control the original couldn’t change channels that was very frustrating. Other than that everything was good.

Was a very nice and clean place to stay. Convenient to I-95. Would definitely stay there again. Cracker Barrel is right next door.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good. Room was ok, a/c a little loud. Amble parking. Oulet mall, steak/shake and cracker barrel in walking distance. Safe area.

Hotel wasn’t that clean found cockroaches throughout the hallway. Unsatisfactory not something you wanna deal with on a business trip.

I was there for five days to see family enjoy Vero. Can’t remember the ladies name midmorning late night check-in very nice helpful. The breakfast was awesome!! we did use the pool for a couple of days and we did have to skim the top because it hadn’t been done other than that. My day was excellent.

VETERANS hear this. Due to my 100 service connected disability, I had an incident the night prior to check out, in my room. My wife immediately went to the front desk to extend the next day because I need sleep after it occurs. We planned on traveling at night and letting me sleep through the day. Because they messed up, I got five different knocks at the door throughout the day, allowing no sleep. After no sleep, I spoke to the staff who called the manager and I was still charged for the day. Hotel.com has the night right now for $100. Holiday inn charged me $184 but for this “mishap” the manager did me a “favor” and reduced the rate to $94 because of their inability to get things right the first knock . I’m not using “disabled veteran card” but the fact is I am disabled and extremely need the sleep when this happens and it took five knocks throughout 6 hours to get it straight. I started this with “veterans” to point out the fact to prepare yourself better if you have a disability (statistically there is an immense more group of us). They also don’t have two bed handicap rooms is what I was also told. If I wanted to pull the card, I would’ve complained how my bed was broke, no one came to fix it and they had no rooms to move us to (adding more factors to not getting good sleep) the hotel caused my disability exacerbation (explained how), saved me $6 for their mistake to top it off on memorial weekend. That’s the card. The food was good, overall otherwise the stay was good.

The room wasn’t what we expected. Shower kept flooding with water and we found a chewed up gum in our trash, meaning that no one had cleaned out the trash prior to our arrival. Will not be staying here again

The hotel was quiet, peaceful, and the breakfast was good.
