The staff was very helpful and nice Spiders and changing rooms

I enjoyed the rooms, spacious and very clean. I really didn't like that although check in was at 3pm..I arrived around 3:50pm and I had to wait for our rooms to be ready because they were short staffed she said..it was about 20mins..but the desk clerk was very nice about it.

The location was nice. Just think it’s time for an upgrade The smell was kinda bad. Feels like the hotel is not updated

The Ice Machine worked We arrived around 5pm and our room was not ready...The desk clerk said I can give you a queen room, no I paid for a King and it is 5pm....She stood there and looked at me. It was an anniversary trip for our 25th anniversary. We will not stay again and we will not recommend anyone else to stay there either. The hotel is dated and just gross, the staff are not polite and do not offer any assistance with anything. We were so disappointed.

It was quiet, the ac unit worked well. The bed was comfortable. It was a non smoking room and thankfully the room smelled clean and fresh. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. There wasn't a nice restaurant at the hotel or even really in the attached casino. There was a snack bar/grill in the casino, but no smoke free dining options.

Hotel was attached to casino. Rooms were great! I expected the Rooms to be older and possibly out dated due to the age of the facility but I was VERY pleasantly surprised! The Rooms were updated, clean well stocked, comfortable and fresh. No food options.

We loved the location. The website said that there was a Buffet. So, we were excited to be somewhere that we could so gamble without having to leave. We had my elderly mother with us. This was very important. However, there was no buffet. Also we asked for a ground floor because she is disabled. That was not provided. The shower did not work, some of the outlets didn't work and the bathroom door could not close. Another big inconvenience was the fact that in the morning there was no coffee in the lobby for guest. You also couldn't walk through from the hotel to the casino that morning. We had to walk around the outside. Once we were there, we were told that there was no complimentary coffee, that we had to gamble in order to receive coffee. We were very disappointed with the stay. The staff was friendly. That was a plus.

Blue plate specials at the cafe are made very well. Staff goes above and beyond with a smile. They close the walkway from the hotel to the casino. Would not hurt anything to just keep it open.

Not much. It was run down and dirty looking It’s old musty smelling the door locks didn’t work and the attached casino had no real food options

Nothing The rooms was nasty and smelling. There is no elevator and none of the exit doors work. Staff is rude.. Casino small and one to help when you need them. No wifi and TV didn't work the staff knew about the TV and still sold us the room. Got another room it wasn't any better just a lil bigger
