Pretty nice hotel to stay in

Very nice place but so much smoking in the casino that you can barely breathe. Otherwise, it’s perfect!

The room got hot in the middle of the night.

That was unacceptable

My cousin was staying in (316) but didn't have any issues. In the second room (320) when I was leaving I noticed something on a picture frame. I snapped a picture of it and zoomed in. It was some type of dead bug inside the frame. I also brought this to their attention. I also showed them a picture of it. When checking out they were supposed to credit me for the night of the bed bug incident, instead, they discounted 20% without discussing it with me first. I informed them they should have discussed that with me and that my whole stay should have been comped. I had to threatened to dispute it with my bank. After the front desk staff saw my face she called the supervisor and told her that my face was red and that is when they comped me for the whole day. I will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

A smaller sized casino/hotel with excellent amenities. Staff was extremely helpful.

Our room was great! Staff at the desk were great also! The only problem was with the restaurant. There were 4 of us and one persons order was wrong and another didn't get a salad. Our drinks ran dry and we had to ask several other people to help us. I got a dessert and I love chocolate but this was an good at all.

Well… I stay in this hotel to see how they operate I was disappointed when I get to my room simply because the air con is not blowing cold air I need a maintenance same as the small fridge need a maintenance and cleaning it’s dirty the stuff is awful don’t great customers it’s a waste of money I’m not staying there anymore the room has a awful smell when you come in it’s like a sour smell and cigarettes smell to it the casino in the cashiers has awful attitude the casino need help that bad that the first time I went to casino that the temperature was like your in the desert to hot the air conditions probably is not working and most of the machines is not functioning I will never coming back to that place

Everything was great

Staff was great very friendly and restaurant staff was also nice as well. The food was good especially the fried green tomatoes. Only one restaurant in hotel (thought there were 2). Sign also states there is valet and there was not. The rooms were dated and smelled like stale smoke.

Well the bathroom floor was sticky so I used wipes and cleaner to mop the floor. The smoke from smoking was an inconvenience it had my eyes burning! Perhaps the ventilation could be improved

Didn't have breakfast on site. The bottom of the bathtub was severely stained.

The property was good till Sunday the air conditioning went out the casinos floor was very hot could not stand it

We have always liked the cleanliness and quality of their rooms. Somewhat disappointed in service at the restaurant onsite. Long wait on taking orders. The staff was friendly but the restaurant appeared to be understaffed.
