It's not a perfect 5 out of 5. It is the best room you'll find in Vicksburg at this price, IMO. Clean room, friendly staff, and very comfortable bed. Only one of two elevators was working, but a repair crew was on hand. I didn't try the restaurants, preferring the options that are downtown. I would definitely stay here again when need a room for the night.

Clean room, quiet, friendly staff

Smelly room. State was wonderful from Jessica who checked us in to Jesse who helped us figure out the slot machines. And the two fellas at the entrance to the slots... very nice people.

AC condensation in the room soaked 1/4 of the carpet.

It was understaffed. Only 1 person at registration counter, only 1 at snack bar, only 1 at casino drink counter, resulting in serious delays. Dining options were limited. Gaming options were limited. But the view of the river was very good from outside and from our 5th floor room.

Was good and clean and every helpful

Horrible place to stay for your gaming experience. While the room was nice, clean, comfortable(although the safe did not lock and there was a leak in a window or AC condensor unit which kept the far wall carpet very damp) and the restaurant food was good.....the casino is a disaster. To begin, at the bar the gaming machines with touschscreen often froze up because the screens were filthy and sticky. those screens had not been cleaned or recalibrated in days or weeks. The bar personnel would not deliver a legal shot of liquor in the drinks. The casino was dark with some video games also having problems and freezing up. There were plenty of employees standing around but only one drink server for the entire casino. I requested assistance with some games and it took forever for someone to appear, if they did at all. In the morning there was no where to get any coffee since the restaurant, snack bar, and casino were all closed until 9am. The place needs new management who will pay attention to maintenance. For now...go to a different place in Vicksburg.

Room was fine. Ate at Walnut Hill which we enjoyed. Casino a little rough, but after a win it looked a lot better!!

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was a little outdated. The restaurant was good, and food was good. Casino slots were a bit tight, lots of ciggarette smoke which could be smelt in the hotel. Its OK for one night but we decided to stay elsewhere on the way back thru Vicksburg.

Room was clean. Bed slept good. Great price.

Check in lady was friendly and sweet. Good room, not a good view, but we weren’t there but a few hours. Casino staff friendly and helpful. Had a great time.
