Ameristar Casino Hotel Vicksburg

Location and ease of checkin. The bed had bed bugs, I was badly bitten. Turned into an infection. Had to see a doctor and took 4 weeks to recover from reaction.

Clean room! Friendly staff!!

This hotel was ok for a stopover, it was clean & beds comfortable Wasn’t happy to be woken up at 7:30 in morning by workmen when staff didnt even mention to us that they had workmen in. The staff on when we checked in didn’t seem to know what she was doing.

Water couldn’t be controlled in shower-it was so hot we could hardly stand it. Commode was stained, light didn’t work next to bed.

It was okay no negative things to say but no real positive things either

Location Hotel is extremely dated

Staff were pleasant enough. Parking was ok. Room was alright. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and bathroom a little snug.

Needed room key to access elevator was a good thing. Comfortable bed.

Fast check in process There was a spider on the pillow when we walked in, dead bugs in the corners of room, ‘used’ tube socks behind desk, and the bathroom was disgusting like it hadn’t been cleaned.

Had to get your own car to go to the casino because they didn’t have buses running during the week that sucked

Very rundown old dirty haunted feeling hotel. Dirty room and no microwave. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked good. Tv kept turning off. Toilet old and dirty. Guest are loud but the staff is understandably helpful.
