On Tuesday Aug. 4 walking into the lobby I was met with a strong odor of marijuana inside the entire lobby area. I am very disappointed that this hotel would allow someone to smoke that stuff inside the building. The room was okay at best it was very dim with burned out light bulbs and missing light bulbs. I could tell the room I was in had been smoked in at some point prior to my stay and used air freshener to make it more habitable. My overall stay was disappointing.

We did not get to stay because we had two 16 year old girls with us and you have to be 21 to stay on the property. It says no where on the web that you have to be 21 to stay there. It only says you have to be 21 to check in. We had to scramble to get another hotel and none of the others had an age requirement.

It is a beautiful hotel I have ever stayed. It is adjacent to Mississippi River. The view is very magnificent.

We had a nice stay. The room was good, the casino was good. All in all the Water View hotel and casino provided us a fine experience.

I JUST STAYED AT WESTVIEW AND THE ROOM WAS HOT, I ACTUALLY HAD TO GO TO WALMART AND BUY A BOX FAN FOR THE NEXT NIGHT AND IT TOOK THE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER ABOUT 6 MINS TO GET HOT....
