Its very old and dirty!

The front desk staff was more interested in chatting on the phone than helping guests. I had to ask someone else for a manager to get some help checking in. The rooms are ok. The bathrooms have poor ventilation and warn bathtubs. The food in the casino was excellent! The casino staff was great.

Clean room and nice staff made this stay comfortable.

Rooms were not cleaned properly. The pillow cases were not clean. They were brownish in color. We went and purchased pillow cases for our pillows

The Casino was busy and it appeared a lot of people stayed at the hotel. My overall rating is poor. Although they said they were remodeling , the room I had was dirty with food and debris on the floor. Bathroom needed cleaned. Beds squeaked and fitted sheet very worn. The lobby apparently was remodeled. The staff was very friendly. With the MS River running behind , it could be a great place to stay eventually.

Check-in by Kimberly was Amazing! She made our stay exceptional.

They do not out for any breakfast which is fine and I did enjoy the casino even though I didn't want any money
